Okay, I'll admit it. I've always been jealous of the girls/women who can dress all kinds of sexy on Halloween. Not the trashy ones! The ones that still looked semi-classy while being totally sexy. Since I've gained weight, I don't dress up anymore. I haven't for years. THIS year my goal is to be able to look smokin hot in a Halloween costume. Not trashy though, cause kids are out. But I do want to dress up and feel the way those other girls must feel. It's over 4 months away!

I know I'm not the only one with this dream lol. So anyone up for the challenge of wearing something that you couldn't/wouldn't wear before or even now (like me)??

I am at 216 today, by October 31st I want to be at 185 pref 180. But we'll say 185. And I am so going to dress up and dress cute! That seems reasonable I think it's like 4 1/2 months away! So roughly about 30 pounds. woooo

Added 6/12/11 for everyone who wants to join or has joined If you want to do weigh ins let's try to do them wed-fri every week. For those who don't weigh in perhaps inches or pant size losses. ANYONE can join at ANYTIME. This is a fun challenge and informal. But, please everyone try to at least pop in and say hi at least once a week let's motivate one another!

That's actually how it started I started looking at Halloween costumes for my friend, then I types in sexy halloween costumes and this light bulb went off in my head! Never had I imagined myself in one, not until now anyways!

I am so on the same page, i swore every Halloween for the past few years that for the next one i would be thin, but they seemed to sneak up every year so quickly and i hadn't done anything, but i have been thinking about Halloween since January lol only 11 months haha, but I WANT A COOL COSTUME.. Full stop.

No more missing out on stuff that is my new philosophy, and so far its been super nights out & occasions i am there and feeling super... so roll on Halloween, i am going to look Super Hot also

hmmm lets see my new goal for Halloween is ... maybe ..dare i say is 163lb hehe thats 20lb to lose...

curlysue- Yeah I'd think thi every year like man I hope I'm skinny by then. But, I never did anything before Halloween to make it happen!

Lambie- I understand! You can still join in and wear something at your house in your mirror or take sexy pics for him?! lol

This year I am and it's gonna happen for us. I will keep this thread up and I expect weekly results at least! I need the motivation! I really really want this. I'm doing okay in the other challenges but I still slack some. THIS will keep me from slacking. And then my next goal for Thanksgiving to have the family I see once or twice a year be like WOW! So, this is all a great thing!

I'm down to my goal is to be down my last 25 pounds from last year i lost 40 so now im goin for the finish line . I wanna be able to wear a smexy swim suit and a awesome halloween costume. We can do this girrlll

ButterCup85 -I completely agree about wanting the "sexy but not trashy" look.

Curlysue82 -that sounds EXACTLY like what I tell myself every Halloween, so weird.

My last two years of college (as I was really starting to put on weight) I didn't dress up at all. I just went out to the bars in standard bar clothes. I went to a large university that is known for being a party school. During one of these Halloween's my GORGEOUS roommate dressed up as a sexy cop. We were walking through the downtown area to go to a bar and she got all sorts of comments from people walking by. At one point some guys yelled down from a balcony "Arrest me please I'm guilty!!!" I was so jealous. Then at the bar I ended up making out with some guy dressed as the Hamburgler. He was really cute and all I could think about was feeling fat and frumpy. It would be amazing to shed a few pounds and be the one in the fun costume this year.

I'm going to set a goal of being under 200 lbs by Halloween. In reality I would love to be less but we'll see how it goes.

Scarlett- I hear yu there. The one in the fun costume, the one that people think wow she looks really good in that! I can't wait!

Lambie- in reality I'd like to get under 185 too lol. But, a goal is something either way no matter what it is. And, smaller ones are not bad! 200, man that sounds nice I want to be there too girl! We can do it!

I know 185 isn't close to where many others want to be but it's a good start for me. And WHEN I get there by Halloween I'm dressing cute either way. We'll have A LOT to be PROUD of yall!

I have ALWAYS wanted to, in fact when I started my journey 9 months ago I was alllllllllready thinking about the next Halloween! LOL I am hoping to hit goal by then (before then in actuality) and ROCK IT OUT!

Now i'm going to go look at inspirational outfits lol

what a great idea! I have always been super jealous too... I want to be one of the girls in the cute outfits! haha! Every year I always looked at the sexy costumes, but knew I could neeeever pull anything like that off.. So we always stayed home and passed out candy.. Boo! If I can lose enough weight to squeeze into one of those and look good I will definitely be having a costume party at my place this year ;] haha! I think we can all do it!
