Down 1.2 of my salsa weight
sitting at 214.8...so I'm back at my attack on 213. My plan is to be there by Sunday.

I'm a little brighter today and some of the weight came off again, so that's a relief. I have been on track for calories --- I can take stalls, but gains while on plan just kill me. TOM drains me too...get lots of rest and drink as much water as you can stand. Enjoy the weekend off work, and congrats on your .9!

Betrue -- Welcome back! Maybe just set a calorie target and shoot for that regularly -- consider it a success if you are +/- 100 calories? Planning helps me a lot...I like to eat less calories earlier in the day because I like to snack at night, so I save lots of room in my plan for the evening.
Vixsin -- Good job on the .4
ilidawn -- Maybe your scale needs a new battery? I wouldn't worry if it's off by .5, my at home scale is about 6lbs different than my Dr.s scale, but at least you need it to be consistent.
