Everybody Up .6 to 192.0 and happy it wasn't 1 lb ah..fluctuations cause i was 100% on plan.

I ended March higher than I started at 252.6 My husband had surgery , and I have not been keeping track like I should the past few weeks.

Goal for April is to lose 8 lbs. I have never weighed in daily, so I am hoping it will help keep me on track.

hello everyone

saw a bump of .6 on the scale this morning. BOO... up to 282.4. was hoping to be at 281, but such is life. TOM's coming in a few days, so it could be that, or the fact that i didn't get as much water as i typically do yesterday. either way, down by 2.4 for the week.

Got back on track and shedded lots of water weight and Now I'm no longer OVERWEIGHT~! I was at 163.5lbs this morning. Still a few more lbs to Goal (159) Would love to be 155lbs by the time Marathon Comes May 29th!! and Moving forward to lose more and get more fit!

Oh wow your pictures are amazing how many mp is your camera? Also where did you take the ones of the sea animals? Really love them ! And the flowers! haha never see pretty flowers like that round here! I cant wait till its may/summer and go to some nicer places to take pictures

Down 1.2 of my salsa weight sitting at 214.8...so I'm back at my attack on 213. My plan is to be there by Sunday.

Roxy -- I'm glad to hear things are looking up with your teacher!

Jamisue -- Congrats on your weigh in.

Mandy -- That's a great number for a week, I'd focus on that rather than todays small gain.

Twinmomma -- Congrats on your new status as a non-overweight person!!

Aimee -- Thanks for the encouragement! I'm a little brighter today and some of the weight came off again, so that's a relief. I have been on track for calories --- I can take stalls, but gains while on plan just kill me. TOM drains me too...get lots of rest and drink as much water as you can stand. Enjoy the weekend off work, and congrats on your .9!

Diana -- Sorry about the gain stupid daily fluctuations. Maybe a good sleep will help.

Kukkie -- Now that's a whoosh! Congratulations!

Kristi -- Absolutely fabulous that you've done so well in a year!

Betrue -- Welcome back! Maybe just set a calorie target and shoot for that regularly -- consider it a success if you are +/- 100 calories? Planning helps me a lot...I like to eat less calories earlier in the day because I like to snack at night, so I save lots of room in my plan for the evening.

Vixsin -- Good job on the .4

ilidawn -- Maybe your scale needs a new battery? I wouldn't worry if it's off by .5, my at home scale is about 6lbs different than my Dr.s scale, but at least you need it to be consistent.

I'm up the 1.2 I lost yesterday. Still on plan for calories -- maybe I didn't get enough sleep last night, or enough water yesterday. I'll keep plugging away, although I have to say that I keep having why-bother type thoughts. So! I have to plan some changes...this week I'm going to increase my protein and fiber and reduce my fat and sodium. No specific numbers, just better than last week.

Non weight loss related - our baby finches have left the nest One of them doesn't even have feathers on it's head yet, so I think I might have to put it back in there, they are so delicate though, I'm afraid to pick him up! The cat is sizing them up like they are little bacon hors dourves, so must keep an eye on him today.
