22. 223 (+2) It was my 30th birthday!! But I think I did to much celebrating the day before. But I was moving out of my old apartment and into my new. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator in my new place. Also the whole neighborhood is completely walkable so I was walking everywhere that day.

25. 220 (-1) Almost out of the 220s!! Hoping to hit that number before the end of the week. Also can't wait to get back to my daily routine. Need to get my two work outs in a day or I don't feel right! LOL
26.221 (+1) My period is about to come on so there will be some weight gain (about 3 to 5 pounds). The joys of being a woman >_<
27. 222 (+1) I really hate my period! At least the anxiety part of it is done. Got to talk to my Mommy yesterday and she said that she experienced the same thing, so I guess it runs in the family. Another pound gained, I just want to be out of the 220s already!
