ending april on a surprising drop, after my bridal shower last night.

276.0, for a drop of .9lbs. wow... and that includes a small candy binge! must have been all the running around i did to help prep (mom's car died and she felt awful about asking me to help with my own bridal shower) and then we put together all the favors and such, then i went shopping with a friend after and walked around a lot. today's plan, is a lower cal day (since yesterday was so high) with extra exercise, since i'm off work and won't be moving around as much.

gives me a loss of 11.9 for the month! (my first full month woohoo!)

Weighed in this morning right after I ate lunch, what a dumb thing to do. At least I was still in Onederland and will have to start with a fresh number tomorrow I feel good about the choices I've been making lately, and hubby is also becoming more aware of what he eats, yay. I had sort of an NSV yesterday, I found really decent bras that actually fit what has always been my bigger than average bustline, can you believe I had DDs when I was 14? I always hated it lol. Anyway, the point is I found really nice ones, not supremely expensive or oddly shaped and I'm wearing one of them today and lo and behold I feel like my posture is ten times better

I've been a busy girl today and could not get here this morning. I was down .2 today to 177. That's 4 pounds even for April. TOM is finally here so who knows what the next few days will be like.

i did push myself to mow today, thought i was going to die, my throat is all sore and then breathing in all that grass..torture!!! but its done...and it counts as exercise, at least it should..as much as i was sweating and not able to breathe, needs to count as something lol...
hope you girls did better than me for the month..but i am thankful for any weight loss, even if it is just 1 pound a week.

I am down 2 lbs this week and am at 257 for a total of 53 lbs lost since December.

It feels good to be off of my plateau and losing regularly again!

This board is really helping me get the support I need to keep going.
