General Diet Plans and Questions - December 3 point challenge!

By Golly, I WILL spend the next 31 days busting my butt for those daily 3 points.

Water: As much as I can. At least 32 oz a day, which as you all know, is great for me.
Food: Maximum of 1400 calories a day.
Exercise: 30 minutes or more a day. Sunday is my free day from exercise. Quickest way for me to burn out is to over do it.
64 oz. water for me
30 minutes cardio and 45 minutes wieghts 5-6 times a week
1800 cals.
Y-e-e-e-e-hah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, here goes
Water - 64 oz daily (stop drinking Coca-cola again)
Exercise - 30 mins of anything daily
Food - Don't know what to put here since I don't count anything. Guess I'll just say eat small balanced meals, stay away from sugar and white junk.

also, quit eat'n 2 hours before bedtime and switch to lite coffee :hyper:

Ok, got started a day late.
So, for yesterday DEC 1st I get a big fat ZERO.

Yea, I need this. Missed out on yesterday so I have a zero.
Promise to drink 64 oz of H2o
Exercise 30 minutes each day except Sundays and Xmas Day
Food. Will do the best I can at each meal.

I'm in, I'm in!!!
Goals:
Water: 1/2 to 1 gallon a day.
Exercise: At least 30 minutes a day (including gym at least twice a week).
Food: Follow the WW plan. 22-27 points a day. Count all points and write them down every day.
Sunday's total (Dec. 1) - 1 point for that mile+ on the treadmill.

I pigged out on a few pieces of chocolate at the last minute and went over my 1900 cals. for the day...just glad I can keep it honest that's a major step for me!!
Yesterday was another zero, what can I say that you haven't heard before?????????? Cat ate my....no, no that won't work, ugh, I was force fed by Little Green Men......no... gosh you guys are hard to convience.. Truth is I came close but no prices. I'm feeling very in control today tho. I have completed my exercise and have half of my water done for the day. Looking to get all three points in today.

Exercise-1 point, walkin' in the 15 degree freezin, freakin' cold
Water-sadly only a mere 45 ounces, so I don't get my whole point :cry:
Food-my bad, over by 55 cals., now is that just a shame, for God's sake I could have not eaten that last few calories. :devil: Damn food devil...I hate him....that rat!:mouse:

I resisted the temptation of comfort foods!!! :D However, the water was seriously lacking. :( But shovelling snow is great exercise. :cool:

I'm playing "catch-up" since I'm journaling with WW and keeping track on paper:

Dec 2=3 pts. for water and exercise
Dec 3=2 pts. for water and food
Dec 4=1 pt. for water
Dec 5=2 pts. for water and food
Dec 6=2 pt. for water and exercise
Only thing consistent is the water but I'll get a 3 pointer again soon...I can feel it!

I haven't been posting because I SUCK. So, here's the ugly truth.
Zero, Zero, Zero....you get the idea. All zeros until yesterday. Then, there was that one measly point I got the first week.
Yesterday....the 9th~2
So, drum roll.....
grand total 3 points out of a possible 27! Oh yeah. I suck.
But, I'm still here. And, having you guys keeps the right thoughts in my mind....maybe the back of mind...but they're in there. I'm trying to do better.

You are an inspiration because even though you are needlessly beating yourself up :nono:, you are still showing up for this thread and for life in general.
For that you should pat yourself on the back and be proud. One of the things my mother used to say when she got sick and went on dialysis is what I have under my name below. She did that for 30 months before she passed away. The doctor said she would only last 6 months on the dialysis.
She also used to say "Where there's life, there's hope". So you my dear have plenty of life left in your pursuit to be healthy and happy and for that you should be commended, especially since you are being so honest about your day to day efforts.

Exercise and water. Food is going to be a problem because I think the 1800 is unrealistic, but I made the comittment so I will have to be more realistic next time. Ah! Pride doth come before a fall...I must be more humble about my calories and therefore I will be more realistic.
