I have been following the forum for a short time...and just recently registered. My name is Kati, my weight was 317lbs in 1999, weight was 212 in 2001, and is now 240 in 2002 Yep...kind of had a minor relapse. I have been doing a healthy carb diet (no bread, pasta, potatoes,ect..) lots of friut, lean meats, vegis....and now I just started the shake for meal replacement. I wondered if there was anyone doing something like this, and if that had any advise I am desperate.....my sister is getting married March 29th...and guess who the Maid Of Honor is....

Kati-if you go to the near bottom of the page here, or a lot of the pages here at the forums, there is a little forum jump place where you can scroll and see all of the sections in the 3FC forum. You will find a low carbohydrate diet section there, as well as low carb recipes, frequently asked questions, etc.
