hahah.. plyo was omg.! loved it.. felt springy like a kangaroo all day long lol.. though.. there were few moves which i hated aka cudnt do it
.. hot foot? jump squats.. i ended up doing just squats lol... but other moves were goody.. though i kept taking 30 sec brks Regularly! to catch my breath and get a sip of water.!

cause the moves r lil similar to dat in p90m..
and dont get me started on ab ripper :| i hate it but i luv it lol
yoga x got me sweating so much... pushed upto 57 mins
