Default Any other no-booty girls?

I swear I have no butt! It's soo annoying. My jeans are always sagging and falling down because there is nothing to keep them up! I could wear a smaller size but then that makes the muffin top extra noticeable lol.

WHAT DO YOU DO?! My friends have joked about getting me those fake butt underwear ... ugh.

*raises hand* Present.

I was loving the high-waisted pants trend because they stayed up soooo much better. Sadly it was short-lived.

Perhaps we could just start rockin' suspenders with confidence. Confidence is all you need to be a trend-setter, right? Oh, you need good taste too? Crap!

Well, I have a 'front-butt'! I have a totally flat butt, no hips, I carry all my weight in my tummy, so if I walk around backward, my tummy makes an awesome fanny! Sorry, I have no solutions, I feel your pain.

lol yeah I don't think I could do suspenders ...
I work with a doctor who does plastic surgery ... and he does some kind of operation where they take fat from other parts of your body and put in your butt ... if it was free and totally risk free I would SO do it.

Me! My butt went when I lost weight. Squats and running help some, but I still lack cushion.

I've always been flat in back, but I have a very nice front butt.

I do have a booty, but I can totally empathize with you ladies! I am boobylicious which by default makes my butt to look smaller! It seems that after having my daughter all my weight went up to my boobs... and well, my whole torso. I still have a butt (thank goodness), but I'm very close to be apple-shaped.

Anyhow... suggestion: work out your booties! I did when I was skinnier because even then I had bigger boobs than butt (at least that's how I saw myself--my friends all told me I did have a booty). Anyways, to work out your booty do one of these.

For this one you can also opt to put your feet on the floor and your back on a chair, a pile of heavy books on your hips and do reps making sure you tighten your butt when you go up, and not straining your lower back.

I swear, they work. If you want to make it better, ad; if you do many reps especially with weight, you'll get a little bit more of a booty. We all have muscles there! Sometimes we have to work 'em! Good luck!!

Yes, work that booty!

Even at my highest weight, I was buttless. Seriously - NO BUTT. And my pants would fall over it too.

You can build a butt of muscle. Squats, lunges, all with weight if you can, hamstring work...etc.

My muscular behind now has no trouble holding jeans up. But I had to work for it.

Yep!! I totally remember when I started working out my butt. LOL. It got bigger and I was so excited to see it grow! Hahaha! You have to work for it, but nothing good comes with no effort, right? At that time I'd kill myself at the gym... also I did a lot of squats. Those work too.

Geez... I miss those good old times when I was skinny!

Wa wa waaaaaaaaa!

lol well I'll have to try some of these things. I can already feel that my butt is pretty muscular haha probably because there is nothing covering it up ... so I can see how building more muscle could help!

Trust me- you don't want a butt. It takes on a life of its own and runs into things!

I am another buttless person, but it's getting better! When I was younger and thinner, it was even flatter. I'm curvy and I have huge boobs, but I look lopsided with no butt. I was scared that if I lost weight it would just shrink more so I liked being heavier for that reason alone.

Since doing New Rules of Lifting for Women with all the weighted squats and lunges I am finally getting a round little butt! It's not as big as I'd like but it's a start.

Even my fiance notices, I finally feel like a normal person. I hate the fact my jeans won't stay up without a belt, but they are getting better
