Hi there! I've been counting calories since Jan 10, lost about 12 lbs in 6 weeks and then stop counting... Gain around 4 lbs back and was there for about 4 months... then I went on vacation and came back to an stunning 152! So, I'm back at counting calories... hopefully this time will be the last one.
Now I'm at 148, but I really want to get back to the 130's and if I'm lucky see my all time goal of 125...
I do around 1200-1400 cal a day, go to the gym 5 days a week (most weeks). My M-F are great, but my biggest problem are my weekends, since I can't stop myself... I'm trying to work on that
Even with crazy weekends I still lose around 2lbs per week if I'm good during the week days, but I want to stop my weekend binging because I KNOW its not healthy!
