I enjoyed Matt's April 10 Day Challenge and found it very motivating to pop in and post the daily progress... I thought it might be fun to start a new one.
Any takers?
---------
I'll start...
Day 1-
Today I weighed in at 210.4... I was 209.2 yesterday. Not sure why I bounced up but I'm hoping to see a drop again in a day or two.
I've been eating on plan today and just need to stay focused when I go out for dinner with my friend tonight... Wish me luck!
I'm in (even though I'm not 100% sure how it works )
I was 261.2 this morning, yesterday I was at 262 even.
I am shooting for 5 pounds in 10 days (only because I'm just starting out and usually lose fast the first 2 weeks or so). So in 10 days I want to see 256 on the scale.
I'm in too...my next ten days are going to be insanely busy and stressful, and this could/should help keep me from getting derailed. This whole month has the potential to be a real disaster!
Today I posted 211.0. I really, really want to get to Onederland!
I'll play.... but it'll have to be an 8 day challenge for me because I leave town a week from Friday. This'll be good motivation for me to stay completely on track before leaving.
I don't generally weigh every day, but I will for the challenge. I did weigh this morning and weighed in at 246.5, which is up 1 pound from my last weigh in on May 1. I'm sure it's water retention...
I'd like to be down to 243.5 by the morning of Friday the 14th.
Thanks for starting this challenge, Kae... accountability is a good thing.
I didn't do too well with the last 10 day challenge but I'll try again!! I'm trying to avoid linking weight with time so my challenge is to stay on plan every day for calories, water and activity. I'm still weighing daily so I can post updates but I don't want to look at this as an attempt to lose X lbs in 10 days. Hopefully, I'll see a nice loss for 10 days on plan but I'm working separating these things in my head.
This morning I just barely (by .2 pounds) hit a new all time low weight. As I usually do, I then immediately updated my signature . I'm 213.4.
Yesterday I made great food choices and walked several miles. Hopefully today will be just as good. My weight watchers weigh in is tomorrow and that usually helps me maintain a good Friday. The last thing I want to do is go out and party on a Friday night and have a total blowout reading on the scale at weight watchers the next day.
Oh I'm so in. I am FINALY out of the 220's. 218 as of yesterday, the lowest I have been in almost 5 years. I do not want to hover in these 2teens long. So in 10 days i want to lose...let's say 3lbs to be realistic. 215 would be awesome. I have a goal to be out of the 200's by July. It's crunch time!
