This is especially for those who find it hard to stay motivated with an exercise/fitness routine.
I have posted a challenge on YouTube for women only.
It is actually a 12wk fat/weight loss & lean muscle building routine. Are ya ready for this?

I know it seems extreme, but, I have done so much 'investigating' on very unfit/fat
women who have done this program and have had great results.
I thought it would be a great way for all of us to help motivate, inspire, and help each other reach our goals. Or, atleast be well on our way.
Believe me, I am, by no means, fit, but, am game.
So what do ya think? Anyone up for it?
