Im very sorry about your loss ani.. we lost 2 family members yesterday also. Aunt Alice had a fall , need surgery reacted to the drugs and died of heart failure.. Aunt Nell has been sick for a long time.. and we were told over a month ago she had a week to live.. but she held on until the same day we lost alice.. Both are Johns great aunts.. Nell is nans sister and alice her sil .. Alice lived in the same block of units as nan and was her best friend .. Nell lived in england.. a little over a month ago.. Nans other brother in law and sil moved into a nursing home out of her block of units.. so Nan has lost everyone she loves and depends on at home .

oh amy two in one day! omigosh..... how sad
ani - your determination is awesome, so many people would use injury as an excuse to slack off
i am not 100% pleased with myself, even though i have basically stuck to my points i put on 700 grams this week - so that gives me kick in bum to fix it before thursday weight watchers weigh in...... whoops

Sorry for your loss Amy, that's very sad news :(
Don't get too discouraged by that gain Kel, it may take a few weeks for your body to get used to your new diet. Just stick with it and you'll get the results you want.
How is your injury Ani? Feeling any better?
I'm back on board with diet today and am determined to succeed. My thinking is that I will just take it one day at a time. I had a breakfast of cereal and trim milk this morning and that was really yummy. Lunch is a ham and salad sandwich and dinner will be macaroni cheese. Snacks will be fruit and cuppa soups.
Will go to the gym too and do weights followed by an aerobics class.

Amy that's really sad - I'm thinking of you .
Kel how often are you weighing yourself? The scales will go up and down on a daily, even hourly, basis and the only one you should take notice of is your 'official' weight watchers weigh-in.
Julia my ribs hurt this morning. They hurt at work yesterday - but what can you do? I just can't believe how busy it was at work yesterday (and will be today) - get a long weekend in Perth and everyone has to go to Bunnings! Why?
Yesterday I ate/drank 1620 calories, walked 8km and drank 2.1L of water - not too bad. Today I would like to try and increase my water because I feel a little bit dehydrated.

Ani, I am so sorry for your loss! Will you be heading over to Canberra for the funeral? Maybe the 'bereavement leave' could also help by giving you some injury recovery time as well? Although 'bereavement leave' is said to be just for close relatives and some might argue that a cousin is not a close relative, if you show the emotion they tend to back off from arguing the point.
Amy, sorry you were thrown a double whammy too.
I hope the pain of your losses ease for you both soon
I'm not being at all successful with my dieting efforts just now...I am sooo not in the right place mentally! And the fact that I am stressing over Christmas already is not helping!!
I was doing a bit of googling tonight and discovered an equation that gives what is called The Fullness Factor...anyone heard of it?? Basically it shows you how workout which foods will make you feel fuller but with the least calories...did I explain that ok? If you Google 'The Fullness Factor', you'll find where I found out about this (NutritionData).
Anyway, they give the following equation to workout the Fullness Factor (FF) of foods...
FF=MAX(0.5, MIN(5.0, 41.7/CAL^0.7 + 0.05*PR + 6.17E-4*DF^3 - 7.25E-6*TF^3 + 0.617))
where CAL is total Calories per 100g (30 minimum),
PR is grams Protein per 100g (30 maximum),
DF is grams Dietary Fiber per 100g (12 maximum), and
TF is grams total Fat per 100g (50 maximum).
...now I am a long way off being a mathematical genius, so is anyone able to work this out and use it following the nutritional information given on a food product?
I am happy to be told the Fullness Factor is rubbish too if that is what you believe, the thing the caught my interest was using the equation on a random food product that I pulled from the pantry...and I am stuffed if I can work it out!
I have two weeks until my appointment in Perth, I am determined to make these two weeks good in terms of dieting in the hope that I might be able to find some incentive to maintain some control over my food intake while in Perth! And as a reward allow myself to enjoy coffee with Ani!
LittleKiwi

Lindor that equation looks like complete gobbledegook to me! Anything even slightly mathematical makes my head spin :dizzy:
Kel, why weigh yourself twice a week? Surely once is enough? Make sure you take your measurements too because they will change even when your weight doesn't and it's important to see those changes happen so that you will feel encouraged to keep going.
I had a perfect day yesterday. Stuck to my points religiously and had a great workout at the gym.
Today my goals are the same: stick to my points and have a great workout at the gym.
Hope everyone is doing ok.

Lindor the Fullness Factor isn't rubbish - but I noted with some cynicism that Nutrition Data =have 'trademarked' that equation. They must think they're onto a good thing. I suspect it will become the next buzzword in dieting - the way "low GI" has been for a few years.
Basically it's common sense to people who understand that "calories" have different values in different foods. I'll give you an example: my breakfast bowl is heaped - and I mean HEAPED - to the top by the time I put everything in it. Yes, I put that much food in my belly every morning :D. It weighs more, is a lot more food, but it has less calories than two eggs on toast.
I think the principle behind it is to try and come up with a diet that is really filling (curbing hunger and snacking) but relatively low in calories. But as for that equation… my maths skills are too basic for it, and I did have a go at working it out :dizzy:.
Looking forward to catching up for that coffee - can't wait!
I had another OK day. I ate 1570 calories, walked 7km - but only drank 1.2L of water - something to work on…
Lindor

Haha! How far did you get with the equation? I got as far as FF=, after that I was stumped!
you got to ff= omg your smarter then me.... lol
the whole thing is confusing to me... lmao
i dont think its rubbish either but i dont think we need a confusing equation to figure it out..
a banana is filling and low cal.. so is a carrot.. leah meat.. fish.. potatoes.. i think dieting is common sense eating.. eat the food the way we are meant to... the way it is.. not processed.. and you'll be full and healthy and satifeid..
the other night after swimming(5 hrs) i was really hungry.. so i had chicken breast, medium potato. whole small sweet potatoes.. green beans carrots and cauliflower for dinner and a huge plate full of it too .. 490 calories .. that was for 400 grams of vegetable ( all up) and 85 grmas of chicken.. so very big meal ..
i always have a biggish meal at dinner time but usually it only involve about 300-400 calories.. becuase my plate is full of vegetables.. if i have a small dinner i get hungry at 8-9 at night .. so im better off having a decent meal..

i dropped maths at the end of grade 10 just passing... i figured there would always be someone around to figure it out for me... and my brother is basically a mathimatcian/ maths teacher
that is the reason i was reluctant to do a calorie/points counting diet
numbers are totally overrated.
the fullness thing though - weight watchers now has a core plan which is no counting and you can eat endless quantities of these certain foods that fill you up and you just dont eat when you are not hungry or something
i have been weighing myself 2ice a week because my scales say littlier numbers than the weight watchers scales but it is screwing with my mind a little i guess so i maybe will get benji to put the scales away
todays goals to stick to my points and drink 2 L of water
i already took the dogs for a walk

FF= blah blah blah. What tha?
Hmmm seems its a pile of crap as far as the maths goes. I just figure it means a healthy diet consists of a certain percentage of fats, carbs, protein etc.... And if we just use the packaging as guides as to the percentage of average daily diet we'll be right. So many grams per so many grams.

AMY - awesome :carrot:. It is fantastic when you can see so much change, and I am really proud of you!
I went back to the doctor on Tuesday and my ribs are worse. He was really annoyed that Bunnings hadn't let me take a week off work, and promptly referred me to 'intense physiotherapy'. So I have my first appointment today, and Bunnings will just have to pay the bills.
I've stalled a bit with my weight loss, partly because I am restricted with my movement - but I also realised the other day that I'm a bit scared to reach my goal. It's not getting to goal that scares me, it's the "what now?". After more than two years of being focussed on something, it feels odd to not have that. So I am obviously going to have to work that one out.
I'm pretty sure that I will change my goal in the next few months. I don't think I will be happy to settle for 70kg, but I want to get closer to it before I make a final decision.
I'm going to have loose skin - that doesn't impress me - but at the same time I did this to myself, so there's no point whinging about it.
Anyway, must get ready for work. Have a good day everyone!

so this week i have a challenge with a friend and more importantly with myself to drink 2L of water every day
sounds easy but i just dont do it
will teach jemima to be "water girl" and bring me water when i am not drinking, it will be good for both of us
she is at daycare today the first time in almost a month coz of sickness so it is weird without her here right now
i miss her! hehehe really
opshop in a couple of hours and i need to tidy the house so the computer is getting turned OFF now (there is a button here somewhere that does it....)
ani - maybe change your goal weight now..?? maybe change your goal from a weight to a size? maybe change your goal from a number to a look? maybe when your ribs are better find out what you can do about loose skin?? there must beheaps of people who lose lots of weight that find a way to combat loose skin??? you are looking terrific though

Well yesterday afternoon I was feeling a bit seedy so didn't go to the gym. Unfortunately I went over my points allowance by 5 points too so that's not too good.
On the positive side though, the foods I ate over my limit were water crackers with hummus, rice crackers and a mini pinky bar so nothing too bad.
Back on track today. No gym tonight as I'm catching up with friends after work so the goal for today is to stick to my points.

Kel I'm the kind of person who uses the scale to keep myself accountable - and I'm reasonably convinced that I'm going to aim for 67kg. I definitely know that I am not happy to stop now because I can still see at least 5kg on my body that I don't want to have there.
My aim for October is to get below 73kg, and to walk at least 150km. The other thing I have started doing is really paying attention to the food I eat. I downloaded the Calorie King Food and Nutrition Manager the other day - and have been really surprised by the amount of fat/sodium in some of the foods I eat.
It's absolutely true for me that the last 5-7kg is the hardest to lose! But lose it I WILL!!!

Ani it must be a bit empty feeling like you havent got to work on yourself much longer and giving up an addiction... losing weight is and addiction just like the food that got us like this in the first place.. its a rush.. and when its all done what do we have to replace it with... not food again.. no way ... exercise maybe... ?? maybe you could work on toning up rather then losing weight?? ok im a good weight now lets see some definanition on this body.. wonder if that would help reduce some of the skin too??
Kel you know what you gotta do.. and your doing fine.. dont be so hard on yourself on step at a time.. :)
Julia do you have black swan dips there??? there skinny hommus is to die for and pretty good on calories too.. well worth a try ..

OK guys. For all us chocoholics out here I have done some research into the total cvalories for a yummy homemade choc slice. So if you make it then divide the total by however many slices you cut it into you can control intake. Unlike if u just make it and eat it. I cut mine into about 50 x 1 inch pieces.
175g butter = 1262cal
3/4 cup caster sugar = 773cal
2 beaten eggs = 151cal
2 tsp van essence (negligable)
2 x 250pkts choc tiny eddy bikkies = 2245cal
tablespoon desiccated coconut (for top) = 66cal
Melt butter with caster sugar slow till thick and creamy
let cool, and while doing so, crush the bikkies in whizzer till fine (i like fine)
beat egg with van essence and add to butter mixutre after it has cooled
Add liquid to bikkies.
Press into a lined slice tin and put in fridge till set then sprinkle coconut over
It's best left till next day to serve.
I have one slice and my slices end up 89.9cal a piece. Thats enough for me as its very chocolatey.

I've just spent five hours working in the garden, and I feel SO much better. I whipper snipped the front lawn - and then my whipper snipper started to blow blue smoke. Never a good thing! I only bought it at Bunnings about four months ago - so it will be going back for a refund!
Anyway I discovered, purely by accident, an old Flymo in the back shed - what an awesome little toy - and much better for the lawn than a whipper snipper. So the lawn looks great, I've filled my compost bin with weeds, and fertilised my plants.
I've got tiny little tomatoes on my plant already - woo hoo!!!
Next weekend I am going to plant capsicum, passionfruit, english spinach, spring onion, cos lettuce and a roma tomato.
Kel I think I'll wait until the end of spring before I decide whether to change my ticker - as tempting as it is now :D. I'm hoping to be around, or under 72kg by the end of next month - and that will give me a better idea of where I am at.
Vonni that chocolate slice sounds really yummy. Not sure I could stop at one though - and there's nobody else here to eat it for me.
This week I'm working 12.30 - 9pm all week, so it should be reasonably easy to stick to my eating goals.

Might have to ponder that, and get back into an exercise routine of some kind.

This weeks exercise so far.
Walked Bree to school yesterday. It's only a 10 minute walk each way, but long incline for half the way. This morning she caught bus so I did 10min on elliptical (after I cleaned all the dust off it) level 3. I know not thats long but I figure if I build up gradually thats best for me. Also my fitness level sux. Started smoking again to so that doesn't help.
Food for the week so far
yesterday I came in at 1221 calories (after exercise). Calorie King says I should be aiming at 1240 for weight loss. So came under but hungry. Maybe I need better choices.
Today so far is 525 cal (thats taking off apparently 80 for the elliptical).
And wait for it...............
I've drank a litre of water today so far woooooo :carrot:
Ok, now I'm not to sure about deducting exercise calories of eaten calories. That to me seems dangerous. It's far to easy to underestimate what we eat and over estimate our activity. So I will c how I go this week counting and deducting, and what the results are on the scale. Next week I will only count calories and not deduct and see those results.

my ck reckon i burn on average 800 calories a day with exercise.( 2 hrs a day). i consume 1500 -1700( sometimes more) there reccomendation is 1650 i think.. and i loose very slowly .. so i think there burn cals are well off .. if i eat back the calories.. i gain.. or maintain..
:)
anyway im all sweaty so going to head off to the shower.. just finished my wo for the day today ive done.. 40 minutes wii fit.. warmed up with step did 10 minutes jog and then finished up with boxing and balance games.. and some pilates stretches.. this morning ... then 120 minutes walking and finished off tonight with 30 minutes hiit on the elliptical..
tomorrow i will do my wii fit in the morning then plan on taking the kids for a swim for 4-5 hours :) we all love it there :) ..
hope you all have a great dau tomorow..
Kel you'll figure out the food soon.. im no saint dont worry about that but i manage to stay within my cals 95 % of the time even with a treat :).. aybe you could join ck.. just to plan out a day with what ever treat you want in it and see how to work out your cals for the rest of the day?? to allow it?? what do you think??
ok.. shower time.. sorry for stinking up the forum with my sweat... lol

My elliptical gives me average calories burnt and when I checked today it was exact same as CK. BUT I will not eat them back., I will count as a bonus.:D
I have to stop snacking in bed. Thats usually when I do. NOw I am on my own I curl up in bed with a book and have a bowl of crisps or a chocolate. and sometimes even both:^:
I only ended up with 953 calories today NOT taking off my exercise. Go figure. My choices today were better than yesterday so I am not hungry like I was yesterday.
Still have a cuppa to go though. Maybe thats what I need to cut down. I've been drinking a lot of it lately lite milk and 2 sugars. I wont cut sugar down (tho sometimes its sweet so next one I have less) so I guess I will cut down the amount I drink.
I drank 1.5lt water :dizzy:

Well it sounds like most of you are doing really well and that's awesome :D
I've had a really bad few days. On Sunday I stayed in bed until 4pm, sleeping all day having already slept all night. Monday I felt like crap so took the day off work and again, slept all day having already slept all night.
My diet's been really awful. I ate almost a whole pizza on Sunday night for example and I know that the poor food choices have made me feel worse. I haven't been to the gym since last Wednesday and I feel so lethargic and blah that I just haven't been able to get myself there.
I'm feeling a little better today so am back on track with my diet, starting with writing my food intake down in my food diary. My goal for today is to stick to my points.

thats great..
Julia im sorry you feel like crap. :(
Vonni i cover leah is cream before we go she has a bath when we get home and gets lathered up in cream again.. lol she gets a rash but its a very fine one.. not a ranging one like the food gives her and absolutly loves swimming.. she is a chubby girl so its good for her rash or not.. lol she is 19kg and 105cm tall .. the food is what made her really sick.. most other things are much more minor reactions .. and i dont freak out any more becuase i know its only gonna be a minor thing.. and she not gonna blow up like a baloon and have trouble breathing from playing .. but before i knew what waas causing it was very hard ..
well done on the better choices vonni :) i bet your hungry today after only eating 900 odd though?

Vonni I wouldn't deduct too many exercise calories. Use CK as a tool to help you track your food intake - but they overestimate exercise calories.
I had a shocker yesterday - an absolute shocker! But there's no point beating myself up, I'll just eat sensibly, drink plenty of water and make sure I'm back on plan today.

OMG McDonalds is NOT MY FRIEND. My lunch today consisted of a cheeseburger fries and shake and it was 951 cal. So no nutrition in all them calories, and the fries taste like oil and I always feel bloated for ages afterwards. Wonder if it's due to the salt? I am NEVER having that sh*t again

I ended up having a pretty good day yesterday. Diet wasn't 100% on track but I did end up going to the gym and having a good hard 40 minute cardio session.
Goals for today are to stick to my points and to go to the gym again.

May as well post this here. Don't worry, I won't be offended if you can't donate.
I am walking in the American Heart Association Heart Walk on Saturday morning, a 5km walk to raise money for heart disease and stroke treatment, research and education. It's an issue close to my heart since my dad had a stroke in 2006, and I work with heart failure pts every day.
You can donate here: https://www.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=261728&lis=0&kntae261728=41B462CCBE664735A57913190E0925E3
or contact me via PM to arrange donation (eg. via paypal, direct deposit etc) of ANY amount. Every little bit helps.
Thanks!
Gen
PS: hoping the 5km also takes some heart disease risk off my arse!

The meat is 100% beef - and then they add their preservatives, and the other additives. I refused to eat McDonalds from the moment (about 18 years ago) when I saw a documentary about how much of the Amazon forest was chopped down to graze cattle, which were eventually turned into 100% beef for McDonalds.
This week has not been good for food for me - I'm pretty annoyed with myself, but I am in one of those cycles where I do well until mid-afternoon and then manage to completely lose the plot! Hmmm…
I'll weigh in tomorrow and see what the damage is, and then jump back on the wagon :dizzy:.

I didn't make it to the gym yesterday and went over my points by 4 points by drinking 2 glasses of wine and eating pretzels. Oops.
This week is pretty much a bust as far as exercise goes so I'm just going to try and focus on my diet and do the best I can with that.
Going to the movies tonight to see Mama Mia - I've been wanting to see it for ages but haven't gotten around to it so I'm going to go while 1 cinema is still showing it!!

Weighed in - 73.9kg, so at least I have undone the damage of the last week. I guess the good thing about it is that I haven't let my bad days become an excuse for gaining weight. The old me would have said: "this is too hard, I just can't maintain a diet". But the new me goes: "pfft - just a bad week, move on!".
This week the goal is to try and actually lose some more weight - looking forward to that ;)

guess what my shoes weigh 500grams
guess what else i put on 500grams plus my shoes that is 1kg at weight watchers
good news is i dont have to take my shoes off anymore coz i know to just deduct the 500grams in my head
bad news is i put on 500grams
good news is i didnt try at all last week
so if i try this week i should be pleasantly surprised
we are all experts it is a will power thing and a mind frame thing
i have been down and mixed up since getting uninvited to wedding on the weekend (now though looking forward to hot date with my hubby)
so i think i have just let my mind wander and not been focused on silly snacking and stuff like that
spent a fortune on meat yesterday so no excuse for takeout or anything will be at home cooking up a storm
however i was so weirded out last night for no reason that we had maccas - i had not read 3fc for a while so all the maccas advice was receieved to late
i did not enjoy but i really didnt feel like cooking and feel like i should feed hubby when he gets home..... oh well am slowly learning all this stuff

Hi Girls -
Gosh, sounds like everyone is on the move at the moment!
...about the WiiFit - do you think it is a good investment? I walk everywhere (yay for CBD living), so I see it as a mode of transport rather than an exercise tool. So maybe the saftey of my own home would be fun to muck around in.
Have been drinking WAAAAYYY too many coffees lately - I suspect the 'skim' part doesn't count for much when I'm drinking 4-5 Grandes a day...
I did have a six inch Subway for lunch today...mostly salad (we're ignoring the cheese and thousand island dressing, k?)

OMG i cant believe it .. and im over the moon
Im haveing the best day in history..
First we spent the morning at a beautiful park.. we went foer a walk around and i got sick of pulling up my clothes.. lol.. my tops was showing my boobs and my pants just wouldnt stay up.. the park is stunning the is a creek with walking tracks and cummunity cottage garden full of flowers and a view to die for over the resiviour out the the ocean .. the walking track takes you down the side of a wooded creek and is suurounded by houese with cottage gardens it was stunning .. On the other side of the park are all scluptures.. from australian book.. there was possum magic.. who shot cockatoo. the circus.. and the gum nut babies .. each thing done in a diiferent way the gumnit babies where mosiac the possum magic was concrete statue up on top of a tree .. its really nice there..
Second .. after we left i decided to go look through my local salvos shop to see what i could find.. for my to wear.. i found a nice pair of jeans size 18 and a top size 18 that fit perfectly.. and went to target afterwards .. i tried on 9 different tops in there all size 20... all of them didnt fit .............. becuase............... they were.......way to big :).. woooohoooooo ..
in the end i bought 3 size 18 tops black salmon pink and purple and a skirt that has three pinks in it working lighter to darker at the bottom.. and has the same salmon pink of the top..
Im going to wear to skirt and top on my birthday next thursday when i go out to lunch with the girls.. :)
third when i got home while talking to my mum on the phone about clothes we discussed a pair of pants she had given me a while ago.. and i just knew i hadnt chucked them out.. and i must have stashed them away some where.... I found a great big bag( the red white blue stripped huge bag ) full of clothes and i tried it all on item after item that has either never fit or fit before i had kids...... i can now where... OMG>>>> ::cheer3::cheer3::cheer3::cheer3::cheer3::
i feel like dancing.. i even can put on a pair of jeans i bought at 98 kg last time.. im still a good 15 kilos more then that but the difference is this time.. imnot just watching what i eat im working my butt off which means things are fitting much sooner ;;;; a whole 15kg sooner..
i feel like dancing around the house in my underwear... lol

Amy, CONGRATULATIONS!!! that is so so cool and I'm so happy for you. You're so right, focusing on "weight loss" can be such a dangerous trap to fall into and at the end of the day, it's how your body is changing that is the biggest indication of how you're doing. Your body shape has obviously changed lots!
I went to the movies to see Mama Mia last night and loved, loved, loved it! I'm a big fan of musicals and this one didn't disappoint. My only complaint is that I wish the theatre played it louder and I wish that people in the audience got up and sang along :D
It's a beautiful sunny day here today. I've had 2 pottles of yoghurt for my breakfast and that was jummy. Meeting up with a friend for a cuppa once I've finished work and am then going to a friend's place for dinner and movies.
My goal for this weekend is to write down everything that I eat - even if it's not what I want to see on paper.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Amy you are totally inspiring - and congratulations on 'the best day in history :carrot:. I smiled the whole way through reading your post.
Kylie it's good to hear from you. I was thinking about you during the week and wondering how you are.
Julia do you have a plan for dropping the next 5kg? I don't know if it would be useful for you, but I find it helps me focus on a way forward if I sit down and come up with a set of goals - and a loose timeframe - for getting through the next few kilos. That way you get a better perspective when you have those bad weeks.
Kel I want to see that vegetable garden. It sounds like you're putting a lot of work into it. Can I give you a tip? If you plant ONE tomato plant every month you will get enough tomatoes to last you until winter, and you won't run out. One of the mistakes people make is that they plant everything at the same time - then get a HEAP of food for a month… then nothing. I plant just one a month, and have a constant supply.
Hey Vonni are you eating enough?
I'm catching up with Lindor tomorrow afternoon, and really looking forward to it. It's a year since the last time I saw her so no doubt there's lots to gossip about :D.
Have a great weekend everyone.

PS: Julia I saw Mamma Mia about a month ago - and I sang the whole way through it. And laughed out loud, and absolutely loved it.

Calorie King tells me to eat 1240 cal a day. That seems low to me but some days I seem to eat heaps and still come in at or under so.......
Kel Ani is right but I plant my flower seeds like that lol. I have a cottage garden sprinkle that takes 7 - 21 days for them to germinate so every 2 weeks I sprinkle more in.
Hm Julia can't remember last time I went to movies. Not easy finding someone willing to babysit 2 or 3 kids lol.
Lindor you enjoy yr meet with Ani. I am so jealous I want to meet every one of you. Kel I am only an hour and a half from you, we should meet some time.

Kylie, and Vonni, have you tried the Nescafe Cafe Menu coffees? They are the 'just add water and stir' variety, but the cappuccinos don't taste too bad for 59cals! I've changed to them because they are less cals than my normal instant coffee (I can't drink coffee with unleaded milk!)!

Vonni I caught up with Lindor yesterday - it was great to see her. We had a very late lunch - and I must say it was the BEST fish and chips I've had in years, and then went for a long walk through the city.
She has her appointment at the hospital this morning (so cross everything for her that it will be OK) and we're planning to catch up again tomorrow afternoon, after I finish work, and go for another walk.
On the subject of Calorie King, their analysis "suggested" I have another 22kg to lose… biggest crock of sh!t I've seen. So take their advice with a bit of caution. As I've said before, they're an excellent tool - but don't let them be your master.
Gen good on you for doing that walk. I'm sorry I couldn't afford to sponsor you, but I have to penny-pinch on my meagre salary.
OK - better get ready for work!
