I think that means you need to make a change in your life. And you need to clean your VCR.

Well... I was thinking of buying some new bellydance exercise programs on DVD last night after visiting a website on the subject

Maybe the universe is telling me to dump pilates and focus on the Bellydancing ...

Well, it's official, the VCR is dead

We tried the head cleaning tape last night and even that wouldn't work!

We are going out tonight to compare prices on a new one.

This is day two of no morning exercise and I am getting antsy

At least I still walk to and from work so I am getting some kind of workout.

Wildfire, I LIKE that image!!

Unfortunately it was my DH at the front banging a drum to keep us in rhythm (the slave master, I presume), with 22 of us paddling like fury and one slight boy on the back steering.
It was a riot, and I would do it again.
However, I would like to comment on the RUDE men in the small motorboats whose purpose was to instruct us at the start and to fire the starting gun. THEY WERE RUDE!!
Okay, granted they had to do their job and they had to use a megaphone, but is it necessary to YELL at us, "Get your act together!"? And a few other rude things. We heard a number of people commenting on the fat little *astards.
So I just wanted to say, that if you guys are reading this (which I doubt... probably lying around today with a beer in one hand and the other hand down your pants), "YOU ARE VERY RUDE!!!"

We ended up buying a new VCR and I got the Goddess Workout tapes. One is an introduction to Belly dancing and the other is the more advanced Warrior Goddess workout.

I will be test driving them this week

Good going Squeaker!

Well I did the first Belly dance fitness tape and loved it! I had a lot of the basic moves I learned in dance class that I wanted to keep practicing at home. It had good music and was fun to do so I will probably be able to stick to a routine with it.
