Ok, so I am up a half a pound this week. 166.5. I am getting dangerously close to being back in the 170s. I think that has given me a major kick in the butt. I had so much crappy (but yummy) food in the last week. besides what I had already posted in the piggy thread on Saturday I had more Tim's (twice that day actually), McD's and Burger King. And I am taking a 4 day weekend this weekend. I will be out of town, so I am not having high hopes for healthy food, but I will try.

I gained a pound this weekend. Despite more exercise than usual. I think it was the sausages...

I am still holding at 203. Could it be that I have to give up drinking wine with dinner to budge the damned scale? Alas!

Okay, I'm starting AGAIN (South Beach Diet with Ellis) and my starting weight is 230 pounds, so I managed to regain all the weight I lost last year PLUS 5 more. I am premenstrual though, so HOPEFULLY part of it is THAT!!!
I know it's not weigh in day, but I must post before I lose track. I've lost the pound I gained on the weekend PLUS another. I'm down 11 pounds total!!
Congratulations to all who have lost, and to those who haven't... hang in there... this is YOUR WEEK!! Also, it's really really hot (depending on your location), so you should be at least able to sweat 1/2 pound off.

I am hovering at 145 AGAIN, but my rings are very tight so I think some of this is water. And well, some was the chocolate mints consumed while DH was away (yes, I plan to blame him!). And I had a load of salt yesterday (soy sauce, sushi etc). But this'll get me back on track! I am going to see relatives next week and I want to de-bloat by then!
