Mrs. Jim - exactly how big (if its not a rude question) is a size four? Here in Australia that would mean you were an anorexic waif lying in a hospital bed. Makes my size 12 top half & 14 bottom half sound HUGE!!!

Greekgirl - that LWL cookbook sounds like a great idea. Onya, girl!

Finally got my "gym" back after 3 months - No.1 Son had moved into it after becoming houseless but he's finally found himself a flat - and the urge to work the body has come rushing back. Thank God!

quickie post y'all

Two days clean eats, was able to run at the gym yesterday with no pain. It was a treadmill run, but since it didn't hurt, I'll take it. Today at the gym I did the elliptical. All three sports bras were in the wash and I hate the bouncy feeling when I try to run without one. Got in a good back workout yesterday as well as bi and tri today. I feel good Dah nah nah nah nah nah nah!
