Okay! two meals down, fat free bologna sandwich on lite bread, carrot sticks, and water, yum. I am looking forward to my midday snack, a ff yogurt and more water. These meals are the easy ones and dinner isn't too tough either. It the time between dinner and bed time that is the toughest for me. I told my fiance that if I went to bed around 6:30 I could possibly make it through the day without messing up. He said yeah but then you would wake up in the middle of the night and have to have a snack

I will let you know how the rest of the day goes. I hope to get in a walk after school. The weather is cool (about 50) but sunny. I guess there are no good excuses for not exercising today.
