Good morning all,
Well, this is the day I anew my commitment to getting back and getting ready for action. I started the day off with some good ole oatmeal, br sugar, and some black coffee, and I have already entered it into my journal. So one meal down and the rest of the day to go. Oh, I did get in one water already this morning. I did weigh in this morning at 159, up 4# from my pre vacation weight. Not too bad I guess. I will check in again later. Oh BTW where do I go to post on the new thread? Later, Sherry

Okay! two meals down, fat free bologna sandwich on lite bread, carrot sticks, and water, yum. I am looking forward to my midday snack, a ff yogurt and more water. These meals are the easy ones and dinner isn't too tough either. It the time between dinner and bed time that is the toughest for me. I told my fiance that if I went to bed around 6:30 I could possibly make it through the day without messing up. He said yeah but then you would wake up in the middle of the night and have to have a snack I will let you know how the rest of the day goes. I hope to get in a walk after school. The weather is cool (about 50) but sunny. I guess there are no good excuses for not exercising today.

Hi y'all....
Okay....back to the positive thinking!!! Well things in "michelleville" have been going awesome. Was so happy to weigh in this weekend and see that scale jump down. All that walking has been paying off!! Had a great birthday weekend, and came home from my quilting trip inspired and ready to organize my quilting room and get some serious sewing done!!! Been walking the dog in the morning and at night, and trying to get in 30-45 minutes on the treadmill in each afternoon!....They're going to have to pin that dang bridesmaid's dress on me to keep it up...hehe!! Been scarfing down the water, and eating sensibly, not so hard since my stomach has got to that shrunken stage! And along with my great success.....my hubby is down to the lowest this year also!! Woo hoo.....go family!!!
Intensional exercise is what has really been saving me!!! I have to be physical every day now....atleast a little...and I've found it helps with everything....I'm feeling more energetic, I'm sleeping better, and I'm happier!!! Like I said before, they should bottle this feeling!!
