starting another 24 today. I'm looking forward to them now as kind of a cleanse. And it's nice not to have to be deciding what I should and should not eat all day.

Gosh isn't it an eye-opener when you are sick how certain foods taste absolutely terrible - like coffee, and sugar tastes soooo sweet!

The only thing I can stomach at the moment is fresh foods - vegetable soup, eggs etc and my body is rejecting all the processed nonsense!

Well we had a lovely St Patrick's Day parade here on Saturday in a little town in Ireland called Downpatrick, which also is where St Patrick is buried. The carnival was fantastic and my kids enjoyed the lovely day out!

I can't wait to get back into my IF lifestyle, since I have conquered this emotional/boredom eating thing, I am ready to go again, so I continue to read all your lovely posts and marvel at all the fantastic results you ladies are doing so well!!!

Hi everybody! My fast went great yesterday. No cheats. I'm still wondering if anyone here has tried fasted workouts!

How many of you follow leangains?

meltaway I don't do leangains, but my son does. He's had great success with it. He does the preworkout meal though, since he feels his lifts go down when he does fasted w/BCAA's only. It's an individual thing from everything I've read.

I do Fast 5. I'm just diving in here. I've been over on the other forum but there is very little activity there. I've been doing Fast 5 since February of 2011 for maintenance and I love it!

Good to see everyone doing so well with IF. If it wasn't free we could sell it
