Weighed in at 173 even this morning- 17 pounds down, and 3 pounds from my second mini-goal!

Way to go everyone on the weight loss! (I'd do personals, but I have to leave in... 2 minutes to go to class.) Keep up the awesome work!

Ugh keep creeping up the 170s..time to turn it around and get back to the 160s...and then 150s, maybe? please?!

hey everyone!

Sorry been mia for the week. was super busy....but....I am down to 179! that is 4 lbs in 2 weeks! yay!

AND its my TOM so that is such an accomplishment as i usually go up like 3 lbs.
So I am just going to push through and keep it up, slowly but surely my weight will melt off.
