I had yet another pop day!! It feels good! Didnt get enough exercise. I took the kids out for a walk but came home after a few blocks..wind was to strong for them.
Still POP here - every bite logged. Working on the pound a week mentality this year. Need to find my exercise fire and consistency. Think I'll end January with about 700 minutes - to think two years ago I was at 1500.

Logged it all yesterday. Thought I went way over and didn't. Didn't make the best choices last night. Could have had more protein instead of the carbs, but I'm trying not to beat myself up over it.
Day 9 was great!! I'd stumbled a bit and really needed a good, clean day, and got it yesterday. Loved the dinner I made, too.
So, this is Day 10 and I see myself POP today, too.
Oh, and yesterday the scale was down a pound! And my clothes are fitting better, so rather than having 3 pairs of pants that fit, I have a fuller set of choices.
Yesterday was another excellent day. Stayed on plan and did my exercise. Today I'm going to figure out what I can bring to a Super Bowl party that won't end up on my a**. Have a great OP day, everyone and go Patriots!
I haven't been on plan at all, sometimes through mistakes of calculating, mostly because increased exercise has increased my appetite. Extremely discouraged. Hoping the new 10 days will help psych me into staying within calories.
And unless I do some serious eating in the next 2 hours, I'll be POP.
And I made it through a stressful day!
Tomorrow is another stressful one, but I'm reasonably confident I can start the next 10 days POP!!
I made it 30 days!!! Tracking EVERYTHING I eat. I wanted to keep it under 1800 calories -- I did that all but 3 days, and none of those was above 2000.
So, although I need to kick up the exercise, I'm really happy about how I've been doing!!!!
POP here for me, too: Glad to say I made this whole 10 days. Weight's finally down a little below my pre-Christmas level, so I'm happy with January. February and the next 10 days, here we come!
