I've recommitted to primal eating in the new year. I usually feel like a million bucks when I eat this way - more consistent energy levels. I've been feeling awful, sleeping too much, unable to restart my routine - guess I'm having trouble dealing with other things.
I've been tracking calories, and noticed that I tend to eat lower cal when eating low carb. I guess it's not that surprising.

Wendy: It's funny, I get "brain fog" after overeating. I remember having it during a specific class where I would anxiety eat a lot before hand, scared I would get ravenous in class and everyone would hear my stomach gurgle.
