Greetings! Just wanted to introduce myself here. I decided to go Primal for my New Year's resolution. I am a total carb-aholic, so have no idea what this is going to do to me, but I do know that my previous "diets" just weren't working.
So far I am only two days into Primal living. I don't notice much of a change in anything yet (energy levels, etc.), but at least I'm not dealing with massive carb flu (yet).
