My favorite breakfast is kind of like a mock banana split :P Also very good for desert when you get those sweet cravings.
6oz greek vanilla yogurt (Make sure you get the kind without a lot of sugar)
1/2 sliced banana
1/2c chopped pineapple
1oz chopped walnuts
Mix it all together in a bowl and put a tiny drizzle (Like about 1tsp) of honey over the top.
Altogether, it's about 340 calories, and it is soooo good.
