Default 15 pounds in July!

Friday marks a whole new month, and June was a let down for me, I only have 9 weeks till my holiday and need a kick of motivation, 15 pounds would be amazing! This means it would be about 3 pounds a week which is tough and I could do with some tips for getting through the day with a calorie limit but it is definately doable! Weigh day is on Mondays or Tuesdays to make the weekend temptations go away, but I might weigh in every few days!

I'd love to join. Maybe a challenge is just what I need to kick-start my weight loss efforts! It will certainly help with the accountability! Part of me feels I shouldn't weigh in during the challenge just so I can be surprised at the end of it, but we'll see how I feel.

Hey guys, may I join too? It seems that whenever I am *not* doing a 3FC challenge, I gain weight..hmmm lol. I guess my official weigh in day will be Tuesdays . But I'll probably update my weight throughout the week as well, just to keep things in perspective. Good luck!

15lbs is my goal for July so I will definitely join you ladies. June hasn't been horrible, but I was on vacation for almost two weeks and wasn't super strict. August I'm going on vacation for another couple weeks so I really want to make July count.

I eat on an IF schedule, 1200-1600 calories, 50-75 net carbs. 100+oz of water. I plan on keeping that up and I really want to go for it with my exercise. I'm going to do the 30 day shred, bike, and an assortment of other workout dvds. I'm also giving myself a personal challenge. I love chocolate and I've really cut back on it since eating healthy, but for July I'm even going to cut out the healthier chocolate treats I've been having. One month, no chocolate. That will be BIG for me if I make it. =)

Virgo, when I got back on track at the beginning of March I decided to stay off the scale for the whole month. I was trying to concur my obsession with the scale. When I weighed again on April 1st I was down 14.4lbs. It's definitely worth it to see that big change. Now I only weigh on the 1st and 15th every month.

I'll have to wait and see what my starting weight is on the 1st.

I really want to look more into IF because it seems like something that more closely mimics the way I like to eat. Right now I'm doing Weight Watchers though. Maybe there's a way I can incorporate the two lol For now I'll just do regular Weight Watchers though!

Give IF a go following weight watchers too! All you need to do is eat the food between certain eating windows and you will find your appetite may decrease over time! I loved it when I first started, but the more I diet the harder it became, I'm really hoping to get back into it!

My window is 2pm to 8pm.

Virgo you can definitely do WW and IF at the same time. I love it because I always hated the theory that you had to eat a bunch of smaller meals every few hours to keep your metabolism going. Not true, so why do it if it isn't your thing? I'm much happier on my schedule.

I'm gonna try to incorporate IF into my WW program maybe after a month of just trying WW. I think it's best for me to stick to one thing for now other than trying to do too many things at once - I have a habit of constantly looking for "newer and better" things and I never actually get started because I'm in a state of constant planning to do things, if that makes sense. I also figure it may be best if I weigh myself weekly so I can adjust my points according to my weight. I noticed just a 5 pound loss or gain can add or subtract a point in my daily value so I need to keep close track of my weight.

I'll get my official July starting weight on Friday and start posting my weekly weights on Tuesdays with you girls! Thanks for getting this started Blondie, and good luck to everyone!!

I'm in!

I am currently 6 days into an IF eating plan. I have been having a lot of trouble with exercise so this challenge should really kick my into high gear. I would like to start running again but should probably start with baby steps. I will be doing a walk run schedule and workout DVD's to get me there.

My start weight today is 205. 190 is my end goal for the challenge. That will put me pretty solidly in onederland and only 10 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight.

Here we go!
