I second that new start Coon! Fasting for a week with potato filled dinners really did a number on me this time around. Took a whole week of being on plan to get back on track. So new thread, new start for me as well.
Hi Friends! It's been a loooooong time since I posted with you guys. I'd like to jump back in for some daily accountability. I lost 13.2 lbs for March. Going for another 10 in April and want to start exercising at least 3x a week.
I'm down .6 to 180 even. That's half of the crazy no reason for it bounce. I am getting really tired of being around this 180 point. The good news is they found some funding somewhere to pay our teacher for 1 day each week, so we will have her there on Wednesdays until June when we can go back to 3 days.
Eclipse - Starbucks does that to me too. I don't have starbucks anymore.
Vixsin - I am sorry that TOM is being such a PITA to you.

Paradise - You're in the middle of a big life change, so try not to take anything that the scale says to you right now too badly.

K...I very nearly collapsed this morning. Let me start this by saying that I've met all my non-scale goals this week. I worked out everyday (and twice on Thursday), stayed within my calories and drank my water. I was rewarded with a -5.6 on the scale for my weekly weigh-in this morning.
I definitely don't expect this kind of loss every week but it's so fantastic to see the fruits of my labor. Wow! Talk about a WHOOSH! I'm on right now! I even surpassed my first milestone of 5% lost (277.8)! CANNOT wait to get my ticker and signature block privileges!
