hey girls, im pretty pleased with myself, lost 1.5lbs since friday staying away from the crisp cupboard has done wonders for me lol
hopefulchick if you binged on anything salty some of that weight might be water retention, someone here told me if you suddenly increase your salt intake the body holds on to extra water. dont worry about your gain at least you aren't giving up xx
michele i want cheerios now lol xx

Hopeful - im with you on the no boozing, once i start thats it im like a wild woman and the party animal in me comes out (like it did on friday) its just so not worth it, you have a crappy hangover and i was 1400 cals over my daily intake thanks to 2 bottles of wine
I have a dinner & dance next sat and I am so not looking forward to it (a work thing) but being sober should be fun watching all the drunk antic's and for once i won't make a prat of myself in front of the bosses

I had no loss this week im still the same, more exercise is needed this week.

Here to a good week ahead everyone XXX

Hey How are you all doing? I'm still being attacked by the binge monster I lost control yesterday after accepting a piece of cake at lunch - it wasn't even nice! After that I stuffed myself with bread chocolate and sticky toffee pudding all night

I'm starting fresh today! good luck all

Oooh, can I join in here? Bit late probably.

My goals are:
-to keep off the alcohol
-running 4x a week and 2x weight training and aerobics
-lots of walking
-healthy choices
-eat enough! not below 1200 cals

Would like to lose a pound at least. My weight loss seems to have really slowed down this month.

I am not weighing myself at the moment as iv got tummy problems and I am very bloated so going to wait until it passes before i hit the scales.

Good morning everyone

It is my day off, although when I first woke I forgot what day it was asked my husband who thought it was funny to say it is Friday. I had to think for a while and then realised no it's Thursday I don't have to get up. Kind of spoilt the lay in for a while but I must have dozed back off and got up about 9ish.

Anyway got on the scales and found I've lost another two pounds, so I am now 11 stone 12lbs. I've done a load of exercise this week I had hoped I might even get to 3lbs but I'm still delighted.

I have lots of things I need to do but at the moment I am stuck on the sofa watching This Morning, I'm stuffed after eating two boiled eggs and two pieces of toast.

The girls and I are off to another friends house at the weekend who is cooking, we are just staying in eating, gossiping and drinking. It won't be healthy but a night like that is good for the soul in my book.

Right ladies hope your day is good so far, try to forget about any bingeing we may have done, as my father a Kerryman used to say "ahhhh sure girl you get days like that"

Speaking of Kerry I am off to Ireland three weeks today.

Take good care slim chicks
Michele

Well done Michele your doing really well, not done so great myself. Think i've been good with eating all week, but haven't shifted any. Not really worried though, it'll come.

Have a great time with your friends this weekend.

Right sorry to moan but I'm fed up today

me and hubby are both doing this diet together, both counting calories together and even though we are eating the same amount and I'm 4 stone heavier than him, ut all seems to easy for him and such a struggle for me.
This week I've lost nothing and he's lost 4lbs!!! His clothes are hanging off him too, getting on my nerves sooo much!!

Well done every one that has lost this week, I still havent weighed in yet as this diet is playing with my tummy and Im still bloated, im starting to think I have a wheat intorlarance and that seams to be the trigger, by belly looks like a balloon, not nice

Starbuck - Men have faster matabilsums to us girlies so he could just be burning fat faster dont let it get you down hun.

MissMCcC - How did you get on at the meeting the other day? hope it went well for you. and thanks for the comment about my hair

Im of to a dinner and dance tomorrow night, should be good and i get to glam it up in a pretty dress, just hoping I can resist the demon booze

Ahhh Starbucks men always lose so much easier, I think it is because our bodies hang on to fat stores just in case we get pregnant or something like that. Have a great weekend.

Marie have a fabulous night.
