Smile Mini Goal for this week???

Anyone fancy joining me on a mini goal this week?
I have been having problems getting past this plateau so I am going to up my game and really go for this week.
The plan is to lose 3-5lb this week, I am going to give up meat (used to be a veggie so not a problem) and exercise every day, even if its only walking to the station and back rather the driving but I am going something every day.

Anyone else with me?????

Hey Marie,
I'm in!
I will exercise everyday (as well as walking to/from work).
I will not binge but will give myself one small treat everyday (about 200 cals).
I will limit my alcohol intake.

Im getting quite excited about it I always get on better when someone else is with me

Godd luck every one and I hope today has been a good one. I dont think I have ever walk so far in my life as I have done today, the taxi rank will go under if I keep this up

Hi Girls,
Good work Marie! Think of the money you'll save on taxis too! I read your post when i was struggling with my cycling on the stationary bike and it boosted me to keep going when i really really wanted to stop I think this thread is going to help keep us all on track yay!

Sensible food - check, walk to/from work - check, exercise - check

We can so do this chickies! One day down...

Im hoping my husband brings my bike back from the garage so i can go out for a ride tomorrow night iv been asking him for months... fingers crossed

Hows it going today girlies?
I have had the most stressful day but kept on track I even managed to avoid the birthday Krispy Kreams at work today that was so hard but I kept strong and walked away
Iv been up since 5am so all i want to do is sleep just glad I got the exercise out the way earlier

Hey ladies,
I've had a tough day too Marie, i've just wanted to eat non stop and i've been in a pretty bad mood! :s
i've managed to stay on track though with my food and exercise woo hoo!
well done on resisting the krispy creme doughnuts there is absolutely no way i could have done that today - you must feel amazing now!
Two days down let's do this

well done for staying on track what exercises are you doing?
the krispy creme thing was a nightmare they where on a table right outside my office and i had to walk past like 12 times, i was very tempted but i felt so good walking out of there at 5pm knowing i didnt.
I have no energy today though I might have to rethink my eating plan Im like a walking zombie

I've had a bad week too, don't know if i'm going to make a loss at all but going to try.

Spent all weekend in casualty with my little boy and it kind of screwed up my eating. He's ok though so thats the main thing.

Marie, I was like a zombie yesterday too! That’s exactly how to describe me  I don’t think it helped that I tried to pull myself through the day with caffeine- coffee and diet coke that was probably a bad idea! I might need to rethink my eating too i’m worried i’m not eating enough for the exercise i’m doing I have been at about 1300 and i walk to and from work and to and from the gym (6 miles in total) and I do about an hour in the gym of either running or cycling plus some weights and ab exercises (approx 550-600 cal out). Perhaps this is ok short term? When people say don’t go below 1200 a day is that just the food or is that food minus exercise burned off? :S

Starbuck glad your boy is ok at times like that i’m sure all this sort of thing is the last thing on your mind. Hope the rest of the week is better for you x
