I have a confession to make...I'm a habitual weigher. I do better now. I used to weigh several times a day and have gotten down to once a day. My goal for this week is to not weigh until my weigh in at my meeting.
Anyone have a goal that they want to set for the week along with me? Not necessarily not weighing but if you have a bad habit to break or something you know you need to work on. Lets make a great week!!

My goal is to drink more water - I have been slacking- and try to break the plateau my body is in right now!
