Lunch: 1 bowl salad (2 cups organic baby spring mix salad with herbs, 1/4 avocado, 1 slice tomato, 1 oz fat free Feta, and 2 tbsp Reduced Fat Sicilian Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette), 1 Mexican baked potato (1 medium russet potato, 1/4 cup of red beans and rice, 1/8 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese) and 1/2 banana
Snack: 100 calorie Smartpop
Dinner: 1 cup green lentils with carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms and 1 slice Healthy Life Whole Wheat Flaxseed w/1 oz brie cheese
