today's my monthly weigh-and-measure... down six pounds from last month (my goal is 5), but no difference on the tape measure. Not really a surprise on that, because I've been feeling like I'm in a holding pattern this month, weight wise. I dropped 30 pounds fairly quickly, and I think this month was a "slow down and reshuffle" month for my body. My pants are definitely looser.
