What are your fitness/health goals? To get between 135-140 while maintaining my muscle, and to have a body fat % between 20-22
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Aftness test at the gym and a hydrostatic body fat test.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Avoiding baked goods/binge eating.
