What are your fitness/health goals? to get into the 140-135 range

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I do not want a complicated pregnancy, also I would like to get that darn word Obese off my medical chart @ the Dr's

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Resistance to pasta, I LOVE pasta. Also I can be an emotional eater.

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Motivation, motivation, and motivation

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than?: Than my office neighbor. She has been doing this diet thing as long as I've been on 3FC. She's a nurse too, so I would like to show her!

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? Clothes that show my arms . I currently wear only long sleeves.
