What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I do not want a complicated pregnancy, also I would like to get that darn word Obese off my medical chart @ the Dr's
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Resistance to pasta, I LOVE pasta. Also I can be an emotional eater
