What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Tired of looking in the mirror and starting to feel really tired and lazy all the time
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Sticking to it
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I think I'm on a good path right now... calorie counting and exercise 4-5 times a week. In a week I've lost 3 pounds! And probably gained a lot of muscle back too

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? halter top!!! Right now I hate my arms :-(
