What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I've started to outgrow my "fat" jeans. Ouch.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Late night munching

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Eating more veggies and working out more. I also have an addiction to Flamin Hot Cheetos. Haha.

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? Jeans that I haven't fit into comfortably for years... and yes, I still have them.
