Well it caught up with me. I'm so irritated. ONE day! Just one day where I mess up and now I'm practically at 300 again. I even looked back at MFP and yup every day this week except that one I was under 1500 calories. Heck I was under 1200 three of those days.

My rapid drop has caught up with me and I am up .2 today. I did well all week so I must have just regained a lot of the water weight I had lost. Still at over 16 in 22 days so I am not too disappointed.

Hello LAdies

So I was losing rather consistently and after my weekend in London I gained 4.4lbs
I think a lot of that is water weight, plus a friend of mine thinks I may have a wheat intolerance. I have known for about a year or so that I just cant process pasta like most people, but a friend of mine thinks its a little more than that. As soon as I eat anything wheat... I gain like crazy and it takes about 4 days to work it off again. So fingers crossed it comes back off. I think I might have a Gluten free February so see if it makes any difference.

The Second Weeks results are Still Rocking On!!

In the lead with the highest percentage of loss at an awesome 5.52% of their total body weight is Lindifer Well done!

Closely coming in next is Blicca again at 4.45%

In Third Place for this week is...... ME!!!! at 2.8% Woohoo (Wont be this next week(

- Karencat at 1.69 %
- Ruby at 1.64%
- Living2lose at 0.66%
- Alyssarof2012 at 0.64%
- Phae1963 at 0.53%

Well done for another great week everyone! I may of hit a nice top 3 this week which will 100% go to pot after being in London last weekend. I have also decided that I think I will go Gluten Free in February to test out if some problems that I have is a wheat problem or not. I have also managed to catch a very sore throat and a bit of a head cold today, so no gym for me.... However I am still aiming to hit my 10,000 steps on my fitbit today!

To everyone who is feeling a bit of an end of month slump..... Just think how close to spring we are. The lighter nights are soon to start arriving and we will want to look and feel our best come the summer. We can stay consistent together..... Lets soldier on through!

Yes! Better weather will be great. Lots of walking outside is just what I need to get out of this slump. Congrats to everyone on another week complete!

Cake was amazing! Suffered all day from my cold. Yesterday I thought it was gone, when it actually just changed from being a cough and sinus thing to a full blown flemmy cough and nose thing. Yuck!

Went to the Gym yesterday and nearly passed out, still managed to make 40 minutes though and burn about 500 cal. Today I think It will need to be attack of the walk. Don't think I am able to get the gym going just now. Maybe some kettle bell, but at least ill be at home coughing and splurting instead of at the gym over healthy people.

I managed to get back down to just .3 up from before my weekend in London.... Then I ate cake and a cookie yesterday.... So I am now 1.5 up , however there is now no more cake or treats in the house and today I am back on track. I am eager to get to 276 or below by Wednesday which is only 2.6 at this moment in time.

I have also decided to do a gluten test and go gluten free in February and then re introduce it in march to test for an intolerance. As soon as I eat it a gain and feel real slow and sluggish. So fingers crossed I can find the source of it.

Happy belated birthday Scotsgal! You deserved to do something special for your birthday so don't take it too hard on yourself. Plus you came down from London really quickly so I'm sure this is going to be nothing

I have my weigh in but my daughter broke my laptop so I can't put it in until I work Monday. But I was down to 294 so yay!
