I have some white capris I would love to wear this summer. I plan to be in them by the 4th of July!! I will have to do lots of exercise to get in them. Hubby is going to pharmacy to replace my battery in my pedometer today. It really does help me track my steps and makes me aware of how much I sit on my rear!! lol
Bought a new, small, gas grill yesterday. Only got one new black and blue mark unpacking it and putting on the wheels.
Decided to take an Aquafit class this morning. I thought it was at 8 AM but I wasn't positive so I checked the gym's online schedule. It said 9:15. So at 9:10 I walk in and there are only two ladies in the pool. I said Aquafit? They responded "It was at 8 o'clock.". Needless to say I was a bit upset. I did swim a bit and I told the young woman in reception, who didn't believe me until she checked, that the calendar was wrong.
Meeting friends for Thai food tonight. I've got to have a careful day so I can enjoy dinner.
Going to be a scorcher here. I got a bunch of gardening in before the first cup of coffee, before it's too hot outside.
Yesterday I got a lot of walking in, and a lot of gardening and didn't overdo the food. I swear, working in the garden keeps me from the fridge in a major way.
I am looking forward to going to church today and then coming home and sewing. I have fabric to make 5 dresses for my girls and 2 sunsuits for my grandson.
Food was really good yesterday and thats saying alot for a saturday. I think I will be able to stay in control today also.
Thinking about not weighing daily for awhile. The daily ups and downs really are messing with my head. I know they are normal but they are getting me down. So I will not weigh again until friday morning.
heather- I plan to be out in the garden at the crack of dawn tomorrow and get my weeding done before the heat kicks in again.

Heather and Deb - I have a few weeds to get pulled before it heats up too. Wish it was vegs I was growing but it is beautiful earlier than normal this year.
First pool party of the year today. Looking forward to seeing all my great nephews, well I guess all of our family and friends - there's just something special about the little guys.
way past my bedtime and Im wide awake still. I had a sleepless night last night and was sure I would knock out early tonight..but no such luck. My mom swears its hormones and the changes that come with getting close to 50. All I know is I hate it!!!!
Wow. I have nothing I have to get done today. Nowhere to go... Hubby is out of town, so it really is just all me. When was the last time this happened??? Hmm...
I am enjoying my coffee now and plan to go out and work in the garden before it gets hot today. I have enjoyed a quite weekend with just hubby and I at home. Steaks are on the menu for todays lunch..YUMMY
I had a good day yesterday and food was great!I was careful to allow myself enough calories for a cup of homemade ice cream my neighbors sent over.
I am logging calories on losingit an I really like it.
Garden looks great and if we could just get some rain!!
Glad to be back to work this morning - these long weekends are wonderful though. Need to reign my eating back also - I feel so much better when I make healthy choices.
