Life in the Lifeboat: 10 Days at a Time #11
O.K. Here's the next segment of 10 days in the lifeboat.
Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.
So what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

OK, new 10 days start now!! (I hope I got that right)
My plan is the same: 1800 cals or lower, 5 or more servings of veg.
But my husband is out of town for 2 weeks and right now I have no food plan!! That's the next step.

Warm, fluffy towels for you two, Heather and Carol!
Think I'll stick to the same goals as well ...... Stay OP and drink at least 64 oz. of good fluids per day.

Hanging again for 10 days. No soda, vending machines. Going to start writing a log of food. Something is preventing that scale from moving!

I'm keeping my calories at 1800 daily, upping my minimum daily exercise to 20 minutes, upping my water to 5 glasses.
Day 1, POP.
Have a great week, all!
Didja get a plan in place, Heather?

Angela -- I did. I need to better plan snacks on weekends, but I stayed on plan, and have some food for the week as well. So, Day 1 in the books.

I made it through day 1, barely. Not sure why I got so restless during the evening. It was more than normal. Been having some intense therapy sessions these days, so probably part of the problem.
Towels for Riley!
