I've not done this since the great regain of Spring/Summer 2013 where I gained over 20 lbs. I'm working on that right now. In fairness, I'm still wearing my low weight clothes and they can still button but feel to me a size smaller than I normally like my clothes. So I'm going to do this based on what I feel would be more comfortable now and be more reflective of my current size.

I have the typical PCOS body, all my weight is hanging on around the middle. Mid-section and hips look disproportionate . Decent legs and upper body.
