I'm around 190lb right now, and I wear 12-16 pants, size L shirt.
Shoe size is 8-9.

177 lb - out of the 180's!
167 lb - out of 170's!
163 lb - lowest weight
155 lb - officially out of the 160's
145 lb - no longer overweight
135 lb - ???
125 lb - goal

Weight: ~145 give or take a few depending on the day
Tops: usually a small or medium depending on the cut/style
Pants: 9 in juniors and a 6 in misses

5lbs ~5 times? Let's do it! One for every 5lbs lost until I get to where I wanna be.

Starting weight: 209 (2/20/16)
Current weight: 184 (4/24/17)
Goal weight: Somewhere between 155-165lbs

I've not done this since the great regain of Spring/Summer 2013 where I gained over 20 lbs. I'm working on that right now. In fairness, I'm still wearing my low weight clothes and they can still button but feel to me a size smaller than I normally like my clothes. So I'm going to do this based on what I feel would be more comfortable now and be more reflective of my current size.

I am 5 10 and weigh 210 pounds

I am shrinking out of my size 16 work pants which are GAP brand and fit tightly into a size 14. Tops I am either Large or X-large or size 12 or 14 size top.

Hopefully in the next 10 pounds I should be a perfect size 14 if memory serves me right. Almost down to the weight I was when I was 21, then off to my 18 year old weight

Size eight, can still get into some of my size six jeans.
Eight in dresses or Medium. Medium top
I have the typical PCOS body, all my weight is hanging on around the middle. Mid-section and hips look disproportionate . Decent legs and upper body.

Fell off the wagon, time to hop back on! Re-losing ~40 pounds via calorie counting.

Mini Goals
Goal #1 - Closer to 200 than 300 (& lose regain) (249 met on x)
Goal #2 - No longer "morbidly obese" (240 met on x)
Goal #3 - 100 total pounds lost (230 met on x)
