i started this challenge but i'll be the first to admit that it's not going well! ahhhh.. i always drop the ball on the weekends and then spend the rest of the week getting back to where i was!

Im right there Jay.. the scale is simply not moving for me!!! arrrge! It is so frustrating!! I have not been working out at all, and not eating as well as I should. Its so hard cause I have the sweetest roommate that I know means well... (I keep telling her she is a saboteur...) For example: to thank me for cooking her a healthy dinner last night, she shared a crumb cupcake with me... which was super sweet.. but I don't want it! but it was OHHHH SOOO GOOD! I know I need to get better at saying no, and its no ones fault but my own, but I feel like she just keeps pushing, and well.. who can consistently say no to an oh so yummy cupcake... I think for the rest of this challenge, I need to just focus on not giving in to food cravings and stand my ground when she offers something..

My 1 1/2 year old toddler is sick! I had such nice plans of exercising this weekend but nope, had to take care of the sick baby. Oh well... I am still at where I need to be.. but, I wanna loose more..

The scale said 200 this morning, I was like OMG then I said, there is NO WAY.. I moved it and it said 206!!! ERRRR! I hate this digital scale..

I do the exact same thing! I found out that if I weigh myself everyday including the weekends, it keeps me more accountable and less likely to binge. I was right back to 132 this morning..ugh maybe I should see a nutritionist.

jayohwhy I know what you mean!!! I basically have to withheld from going out on weekends or something just so I don't binge on weekends, it's so hard, there's always junk food around

Stayed the same this week... hopefully its a sign that my fluctuation will be between 163 and 165 instead of 165 and 167.. progress? one can hope... At this rate, I will be happy to reach 160 by July 4th.

Ok so I need to apologize. On May 29th I was positive I weighed 141. Was I wrong! I actually weighed 143. That really pissed me off. But I am at 140 now so Im getting there.

Weighed in this morning (my weigh ins are Thursdays now hehe) and I weighed 172.4 so I'm down .8! I thought I was going to gain with the weekend I had so I'm VERY happy with my .8 haha!

I am just throwing this out there but... I think 149 is where I meet my last plateau. It's just not moving it keeps budging 0.2 then back up, then back down, and it's annoying..

It's actually making me doubt whether or not it'll budge in time for the challenge to be over. My plateaus are quite spectacular. (we're talking 5-6 months here )
