Hi sarah! the baby is my second cousin Ophelia! shes such a cutie. Her and her mommy were over last weekend and it was great.

Well I kind of went crazy this weekend and yesterday. Went over on Sat did good sunday then went way way way over yesterday. I think Im honestly not going to weigh for a while. I think the whole 200 thing is really psyching me out. Each time I know im almost to 199. I start to sabatage myself and binge or do something to thwart my efforts. So I think im just going to put my scale away for a few weeks. what do you think?

Jessica I posted my pics you may of not seen them they are on page 11 and i posted them on the 20something pics....I agree and may do the same as you just stay away from the scale for a little but and just post on here your exercise....your eating ...how your doing all together. I'm now seeming to be stuck at 192-193...so I will probably do this with you however I have a dr apt next week the 16th...and you know dr scales always weigh you more plus ur clothes ect hoping its warmer that day so I can wear light clothing lol. Keep your head up focus on eating and exercise you will get there!!!!

I am so excited! After my relatively hard-core workout yesterday I am down a pound. Woohoo! Going to Zumba class tonight so hoping to pull that weight down even more.

I even ate a healthy breakfast this morning. I'm so ready to rock it!

Thanks. You guys rock.

So far so good on the diet. I hope to see the scale numbers slowly getting SMALLER. Not to mention I would be in the 210's again, which would be awesome.

What kind of diets do you follow? I am on a low-calorie vegan diet, and I have had such positive results with it in the past that I am following it again. A lot of my beauty products are vegan too.

namaste984- Morning glad to see you again. I am on low calorie. literally i tell myself i can eat anything as long as its in my calories. but i like to snack alot so it ends up being healthier and healthier choices.


Today im on plan and yesterday I stayed on plan. no weighing in for a month thouhg. we will see how this goes.

Stupid TOM is upon me. Grr.

Thankfully though I finished my finals and I'm pretty sure I did well on them. My parents are going to Philedelphia and I have decided not to go. My parents and I tend to have knock-down, drag-outs when we go travelling and I really just want a break before summer classes start, not to arrive back to school even more stressed that I was at the end of finals.

I have been doing fairly well at staying OP, I am OP about 80 percent of the time. Trying to get that other 20 percent in there so I can start losing even more.

How's it going with you guys?

YAY! you go girl!!!!Ever since I had that down hill rollercoster ride(woosh when I hit 199) I have been stuck at the bottom of the 190's. Hoping you continue to keep riding down!!! I was just at 215 in ummmm february! so you can do it!!!!!!!!!!! keep it up!!!!!

Hi guys! School is out for the semester!!! Well just about, I have one class on thursday i just have to show up to. lol but all the testing is over!!!! woo hoo one more semester down!

I totally didnt stick with not weighing in. I am at 202 as of today. I was stressed and noticed my self stress eating. so kiccking it into gear! How is everyone doing?

Well girl this is your time to shine stress is relieved now for the next how ever many weeks you have until you go back focus on you finally get into onederland we all know you can do it!!!

I just wanted to check in because I was exhausted after work and didn't get my P90X workout in, I was just going to head to bed when I decided to hop on my elliptical instead(which I haven't been on in a while) and I busted out 3 miles in less then 30 minutes!!!! I can't believe it. My 1st 5k ever was St. Patricks day this year (2 months after my 3rd son was born via C-section) and I finished in 40 minutes. I have my 2nd 5k on July 14th and would be thrilled to the max if I can run the entire way AND get under 30 minutes!!! Have a great sleep ladies, I know I will. Oh and here's to a good weigh in tomorrow morning.
