Dreading the weigh in on thursday. I have been drinking way too much and not sleeping enough. So tonight I Had a gyros wrap and fries... With gobs of ketchup and spicy ranch. Total for the day was over 2500 cals. I feel gross. Way too full. I hate being this full and it means tomorrow I will be starving.

The good news is that I have been following my workout program. If only I can get it together and eat well (no wine!) and stay on target with my Workouts. It is usually one or the other with me. Lately it has been harder to stick with my calories at around 1400 so I am thinking up upping it to 1600. Maybe it will eliminate my high days that I do at least twice a week.

I have been feeling my body change because of the workouts and my NSV is that my clothes are fitting better.

Ugh.. guys... Im dreading tomorrow mornings weight in... I went out for dinner tonight with a good friend that I haven't seen in ages with the best of intentions... well I ended up eating way too much, drinking too much... and now i feel so bloated... the weight in is going to be awful.. just awful...

Very pleased with this! I was at 141.4 yesterday, which would've gotten me dean's list, but 1.8 is still fantastic for me. I'm officially down to where I was before Christmas and can finally start seeing new numbers!

@BigChiefHoho, Wow, you're on a roll! It looks like you're making steady progress.

I finally lost a couple of pounds this week. But besides scale related things, I have been taking up running and am a beginner by a couple of months. I'm doing couch to 5k. Hope it works!

Oh thank goodness. I've decided I've been getting a little too lax. I originally wanted to slow my weight loss so my bridesmaid dress still fits but I wound up getting it altered anyway. So now I'm like "well, I sure did waste 3 weeks" and I'm pretty annoyed about it. I'm going to make extra efforts to stay on plan the rest of this month. I had been starting to incorporate dairy back into my diet (I LOVE cheese) but now it's out again.

This Saturday is the wedding I'm in. I'm not worried about gaining because I'll be too busy to concern myself with trying everything avilable. There won't even be any cake, they are doing mixed berry tartlets instead (They choose pie in the pie vs cake war). I'm super excited about going. Took the day off from work to help decorate the reception hall

I feel so depressed . I gained another 0.8lbs! I'm still lower than where I started but I want the scales to go back down!!!

Well done all the losers .. and us gainers lets kick it this week, fresh start and all that.. lets try not to mull on the gain eeekkk

was out with the bf for dinner last night and i was down a lb this morning, had fish option no starter, shared a pavalova (Least calorific dessert on the menu, veered away from the baileys cheescake lol ) oh and a big one for me.. i had 1 glass of wine instead of a bottle lol ...

so i think i am getting places with my moderation...
