ugh. I'm having a very anxious week trying to prepare for my grad classes on Wed/Thurs night. I have so much crap to do and can't seem to focus on it. Please send some good vibes my way. I could use a little pick me up. Thanks.

So frustrating. I eat right, I exercise 30 minutes at least 6 days a week, and I'm still fluctuating like crazy. Sometimes I just don't believe my scale.

Pretty sure I'm gonna be up tomorrow, sigh. I did a lot of working out this week and have been eating WAY more salt than usual, so I've got some extra water hanging on. Oh well, can't win every week.

Back to 210. My highest weight this past week was 217. Hopefully I'll see 209 next week! I'm going to increase my cardio this week and pay extra attention to what is going in my mouth. I'm tired of not losing (and it is all my fault...).

Hmmm maybe I did not change my goal prematurly... I am going to adjust it a little, but stick with what my goal pretty much is.. I would like to loose abother 5lb in the 5 weeks left... I think if I can stick to 1lb a week, I will be happy. That puts my goal at 162lbs. I really need to get ontop of things.... My exercise has still been atrocious, but my saving grace has always been my self control around food.. which I feel as though this week has disappeared... I need to get back on track!!

Well I am getting more and more stress. School and looking for a job has been so stressful lately.. Well now my bf lost his job so one us has to find one ASAP.... Hardly anyone is hiring around here so major stress with no money no job and bills coming up.... Things where starting to look up then he loosing his job ... STRESSSSS
I was so upset today and disgusted with myself that I couldn't really eat today...I never realized just how big I am till now looking in the mirror side ways.... I just busted into tears.. I have gained weight back that I lost.. I am guessing that it is from all the stress... ARGGG!!!!
I will weigh in the morning and post it... I really don't want to see the number but will do it anyways

I don't understand how I can go from 282...273....269....back to 282 in 4 weeks I really think I need a new scale... I am posting it as I see on the scale.. I don't think stress can affect it that much? so has to be the scale right?

Have you been eating a lot of sodium lately? Maybe it is bloat?
Or maybe you do need a new scale!
