Hi everyone! Well official weigh in day was today and the scale read 136.2! woo!
I'm feeling so motivated this morning so I'm hoping for a 2lb loss this week. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Good work everyone on all out losses so far, we can all do this! I can't wait for the halloween party im going to, we will all look AMAZING!

Well I was doing well until Sunday afternoon. The scale was hovering so close to 135! Then I went to a cookout in the afternoon, and hopefully the hiking I did offset a lot of that, but then I suffered an attack of Asian Food Before Bed and am now dreading weigh in today at the gym
lol Attack of Asian Food. Forest, we are sisters. Except last night I just ate food prepared by an Asian. And popcorn. And chocolate. And I would have gone on until I was yelled at to get away from the food.
I'm going to eat well today - I have tons of veggies and I have my food packed for class tonight - then spin tomorrow, and hopefully I won't have gained.
184.6 this morning!! Down from 187.1 last Monday and only 4.7 pounds to go to hit my Halloween goal! For the first time ever, I feel like I could maybe, possibly actually make it to a goal I've set for myself
You guys are doing great!! I'm inching ever so slowly downward. Haven't been able to lose more than a few ounces a week with my foot injury preventing much moving around, so I'm going to take it slow. I'm going to burn around 400 more calories a day and limit the heavy foods, and hope to see 157 by Halloween!

138 at the gym today...could have been better if I hadn't binged yesterday, and I just had more cake than I planned to but the rest of my dinner was salad and sauteed veggies and I only went 100 calories over my 1600-calorie target. According to fitday I burned almost 3000 calories today, so I should still be on track
Down to 136.5 at the gym this morning; that reflects an empty stomach and dehydration, but it's the lowest number I've seen on the scale in God knows how long
Um. 193.8. Don't know why. I got no sleep last night because of the stupid football game exciting people so they screamed, therefore I missed spin class. I'm just hoping for the best tomorrow. Gr.
I have not been particularly successful this past week. I was up 3 pounds when I weighed in yesterday, darn Indian food. I'm getting back on track exercise-wise... but I keep missing morning workouts. The bed (and DH) are too cozy and the sky is too dark. But I need to recommit if I'm going to get anywhere near my Hallowe'en goal. 145 seems awfully far away... but I'll get as far as I can.
