Good Morning everyone! Looks like everyone is doing great!!!
I stepped on the scale this morning and was down to 201.0! Monday is my official weigh in so I'm not counting it. I haven't worked out in 3 days and I didn't drink half the amount of water I needed to but it was still nice to see the number down!
That spinning class was intense. Its the first time I thought I wouldn't be able to finish b/c my legs were tired. I managed to tough it out and challenge myself for the last two songs, but oh man, did I kind of ruin the effort with a turkey burger from Friday's afterward (including sweet potato fries). I'm moving all day today, which includes lots of physical activity, so I'm not worrying about it.
You know, my biggest problem in spinning class is more the seat being painful than my legs getting tired. I have a cushy seat cover and everything, but I still walk out of there in pain. I'm hoping I'll get used to it eventually.
Angie- I once did a whole hour-long class out of the saddle bc I didn't like the angle at which it was adjusted. It was brutal!! Hope your butt gets used to it ;P
I shot back up to 210.1...so basically last week I lost .2 lbs. It's a mix of TOM and HORRIBLE food choices (yesterday I had a kolache from shipleys AND whataburger for dinner...I went over my points by like 5 or 6 points...I hadn't used any flex points, but I usually try not too...but still...I gained 2.6 lbs in one day!
I'm so frustrated. I was so happy to be under 210...and now I'm sitting at 210.1!!!!
I guess the good news is that I raided my boxes of clothes I will eventually fit back into...and found a bazillion shirts I can now COMFORTABLY wear...unlike back when I used to wear them, where they were so tight I could barely breath. OH, and I can fit into my favorite hoodie again without it being skin tight =D
Devine - Keep your head up. I would seriously just blame TOM. Last weeks weigh in for me was disappointing because I expected an abnormally big loss being my first week back OP. I was disappointed, but this weeks loss has proven that it was TOM related. Tomorrow is official weigh in so I refuse to post it yet, but still...
Just keep making better choices. You had your splurge for the week.
Hi girls! Less than two weeks to go!! Weigh in was this morning and I'm down another 1.2 lbs so im now at 133.2. So happy Its great to see everyone else doing so well!
Now I'm off to attempt a jog in the horrible Scottish weather...running in rain does not sound too appealing right now...

Today is offical weigh in and I'm down 2 more to 204! Although, Sat and Sun I weighed in at 201. If I step on the scale tomorrow and it's 201 I'm taking that as the official weigh in for the week!
2 more weeks. At 204 I still have 6lbs to go which is still very doable.
Here's to another week of kicking butt and taking names!
193.8. Because the universe hates me. I know I'm super dehydrated (or maybe retaining water b/c my muscles HURT), I haven't been, uh, releasing waste as I ought to, and TOM is now a week late. So there's a whole bunch of awesomeness that's going on here, but I really just want to STOP GAINING.
Stella - the universe doesn't hate it you.... just look at it as it's saving up the weight so next week you can have a really big drop and be super excited? It def doesn't hate you though.
So I weighed in at 209.0 this morning. I guess that's better then 210.1, but I'm still really frustrated that I'm not back to where I was. But hey, I'm under 210 again, so I'm content. Still 6 lbs away from goal, but I also think it might still be doable....That is, IF I stop gaining and losing and gaining some more.
Stella - Feral is right. You might not be losing now, but you'll have a super big drop next week. Remember, it's not about every week separately, it's about the whole journey. I'm sure it will average out =D
I'm hanging steady at 191.. I was excited because the scale started to drop, but now just hanging on to the 190s. I have my goal at 183 for Halloween and that puts me to lose 8lbs by then... I don't think I'll reach that, but I'm going to do my darndest trying. I've decided to up my workouts this week by throwing in some running a couple weekdays instead of just the weekend.
I also had a bad last couple of days with eating (pizza and chinese)... so I need to even that back out also.
It's so good to see so many doing well!! Congrats everyone and let's keep going!!
I weighed in officially at 137 today. I am going to move my ticker and hope that this is real. I do not want to see 140 again!! I would really like to stay below 138, so I'm going to try to have an OP week to shake the high 130s for good.
