I need to get back on the losing bandwagon after (thankfully) maintaining through a job that just ended, now I have time to go to the gym again and do something besides work and sleep.
Get out and moving for at least one hour a day, at least an hour at the gym 4 times a week, and drinking enough water (the one thing I was able to do really well at work).
I am going to shoot for 800 minutes of exercise this month...Last month I didn't start until almost mid month, and got close to 600 minutes, so I know 800 should be do-able! I want to do my usual cardio, and incorporate more strength training.
