I need to get back on the losing bandwagon after (thankfully) maintaining through a job that just ended, now I have time to go to the gym again and do something besides work and sleep.

Get out and moving for at least one hour a day, at least an hour at the gym 4 times a week, and drinking enough water (the one thing I was able to do really well at work).

I am going to shoot for 800 minutes of exercise this month...Last month I didn't start until almost mid month, and got close to 600 minutes, so I know 800 should be do-able! I want to do my usual cardio, and incorporate more strength training.

I'm in it (again)... Hopefully I'll do better this time than in the past..

The first 10 days of August I did nothing. And I'm not making any excuses for myself. I'm just plain lazy. But I'm gonna lose 4 pounds this week even if its the last thing I do!!! Countdown to fireman's ball as officially started. 11 weeks to go.. So here I go, on my quest to ONEderland before the ball!
