Goals: Complete the c25k program then run 30 min 3 times a week, 3 resistance workouts per week, and do my ab workout 6 times a week with 1 rest day. I did so good with the July one so I'll join this too. I didn't do the Cto5K because it has been so hot and it's so much easier to pop a video in. I'll have to try that over as soon as it gets nice out again. And I bet it will be a little easier now that I am in a little better shape.
