Hi all!
I'm new here, so I thought I'd take the plunge and introduce myself!
My name is Carrie, I'll be 32 next month.
I am 5'2 and a few weeks ago weighed 156lbs.
Starting two weeks ago, I set myself on a diet. I have lost 6lbs so far! yay!
I have cut down on junk food, and ordered Walk Away The Pounds from QVC. I really think this exercise tape is working for me!
I am a very weak person and get tired easy. I suffer from panic attacks, so the gym is not good for me. I also get dizzy from too much jumping around. This workout is perfect, you just walk in your home. You don't need a lot of space, and there are 3 different tapes. The first is a one mile, the second a two mile, and the third is a three mile. I do one a day, depending on my energy level that day.
I look forward to getting to know you all! My goal is to get down to 120lbs. I hope I can do it!
