What are your fitness/health goals? I want to have a final weight of anywhere between 125 -135lbs
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? When I realised that I didn't look like I felt. (I don't "feel" fat, but I am)
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? The weight is comming off so slowly it hardley seems worth it
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Drink more water, eat more veggies, don't skip out on excersize
(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? my cousin

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? I'm gonna answer this a little different because I can't wait to not feel like I have to cover up my belly with a longer shirt
