Hi Cjlafaye! Welcome back!! There have been a few of us holding on the the thread. It's nice to hear from old friends (and new ones too for that matter). I hope things have been going well for you.

How did everyone fare for Halloween? I took my daughter trick-or-treating for the first time this year. She was adorable as a little fairy princess and had no fear going up to the houses and knocking on doors. Luckily she got tired after a while because she was really getting a lot of candy. She's on a strict 2 piece a day limit and I've thrown out most of it. I don't need the temptation or the hyper child : )

Well, I hope everyone has a great weekend!! I'm going to try to get some cleaning done. I have enough to do that it should be able to turn it into a cardio workout : )

Hello Ladies,

How are you all doing? I feel like it has been ages since I last talked to you. Well alot has been happening with me since my last post. My daughter's soccer team made it to the championships, they play tonight. Keep your fingers crossed. I am feeling so much better about lots of things and I hope that my weightloss journey is just as good. I am going to take it day for day, I am not going to make any promises regarding it, it is what it is and I did not get this way overnight, therefore the weight is not going to come off tonight. I gotta do what I gotta do and that is stay focused and get my butt moving. We will do this ladies for ourselves and our families. I better go head to work. I'll try to check in at work. Let's keep this thread going and one last thing...I am glad I have you sisters to come to. My girl Cassy welcome back!!!!

What a great attitude, Regina!! With such optimism you can never go wrong. I'm sure your daughter did great. What an accomplishment - the championships!! Way to go to both of you.

Well hello ladies!
How has everyone been? I see everyone has been busy as it has been awhile since the last post for some, I know I have. Well my daughter and her Middle School Soccer Team won the championships and her rec league will be ending soon on Saturday. Because they won their coach is taking them to a hockey game we have the Nashville Predators here.
My weightloss journey is on the back burner once again. One day you know, but it has to be soon as I am getting so tired of eating food. Some days I feel like I have eaten everything in sight but in reality it is just 2 meals. This week we have potluck after potluck at work. My goal is to try and refocus next week. I have this strange desire to exercise...LOL! No really I do. Well I gotta go and get ready for work. Hope to hear from you all soon. Take care and have a good day.
