Default Let's Track together .... (get and share ideas)

I thought this would be a good way .... to stay motivated and accountable.
Also to share and get some new ideas.

2 cups of Coffee with non dairy creamer/SL = 2 Points


* Breakfast *
Lite Toast ICBINB Spray = 1 Point
WW Oatmeal =2 points
Toast ICBINB Spray = 1 point

* Lunch *
Chicken Stroganoff 1 Cup = 4 points
1 can Green Beans = 0 Points
Toast = 1 Point
Coffee/Non Dairy Crm.SL = 1 Point

* Dinner *

2 Garden Burger Pattys = 2 Points
Slice of Swiss Cheese = 2 Points
Toasted Light Bread = 1 Point
Bowl of Steamed Brocolli = 0 Points
Diet Coke = 0 Points


And a Fat free Chocolate Pudding 2 Points

Total 19 Points

Water for the Day = 74 oz
Veggies for the day = 6 servings


Exercise = 46 minutes moderate on Treadmill 2.7 Miles, 240 Calories

AP = 2


BONUS POINTS USED = ZERO
