What are your fitness/health goals? i would like to be the same size as when i met wonderful man

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? My fat clothes are to small.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? I like to eat when i am bored and it is hard for me not to.

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? i would like to not crave fast food all the time, i would like to get better about exercising and i would like to not be hungry all the time.

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : i want to look better that the person who staares back at me from the mirror.

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? i want to be able to wear all my swim suits again.
